Mindy Shiben from ‘Married at First Sight’ Season 10 shares update with fans
Though Mindy’s season of the Lifetime reality show aired in 2020, many people are just being introduced to her now. Netflix recently added Married at First Sight Season 10 to its streaming lineup, and it quickly made its way into the top 10.
Unsurprisingly, viewers are curious what’s happened to Mindy since she split from Zach. Fortunately, she’s been sharing updates on her Instagram. From the sound of things, her life is going well
On April 27, she shared a photo of herself with a one-word caption: “Thriving.”
Mindy has gone back to school, she reveals
After her Married at First Sight experience, Mindy decamped to Mexico for a fresh start. But she’s back in the U.S. now, she shared in her latest social media update.
“Life is good!” she replied to a follower who wanted to know how she was doing. “I’m in tech school and staying very [busy]. Excited for the next chapter.”
As for Zach, she seems to have put him out of her mind.
“LOL who?” she wrote in reply to a comment about how she was “looking so much better than that trainer guy.”
What is Zach Justice up to?
Like Mindy, Zach seems to have put his time on Married at First Sight behind him. He earned few fans thanks to the way he treated Mindy. Viewers were outraged when he bluntly told her that he didn’t find her attractive. Later, Mindy learned that he’d been exchanging flirty texts with one of her friends behind her back. And at the season 10 reunion, he revealed that he and fellow season 10 participant Katie Conrad had gone on a date after splitting from their respective spouses.
While he’s not one Married at First Sight’s most-loved husbands, Zach doesn’t appear to be letting that phase him. On his Instagram, he shares photos and videos of himself working out, as well as fitness tips.
In the past, he’s said that he didn’t let the criticism he received from MAFS fans bother him.
“I wasn’t phased at all based off of the criticism,” he said in a 2021 interview with Monsters and Critics. “There was a lot that wasn’t showed or aired – especially things I vocalized in my interviews. So I couldn’t actually take people’s opinions seriously based on a quarter narrative of a reality TV show. But at the end of the day. I also look at it as people are thoroughly entitled to their own opinions.”
