Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors Flaunt Sizzling Chemistry at ‘Forever’ Premiere
Meagan Good made an exciting appearance at the premiere of the Lifetime movie Terry McMillan Presents: Forever this week, showcasing her sexy red carpet style. As Good promotes her role in the rom-com, her high-profile relationship with Jonathan Majors takes center stage.
Good and Majors made a joint appearance at LA’s DGA Theater Complex on August 20, 2024. Majors, 34, known for his Marvel roles, and Good, 42, have notably excluded each other from most of their social media posts. However, the couple of over one year displayed several moments of PDA at the Forever premiere.
Forever stars Good and Taye Diggs as a local policewoman and veteran, respectively. When Johnnie (Diggs) returns to his hometown, he falls for Carlie (Good) and attempts to win her heart. Challenges arise when he meets her three teenage daughters. This rom-com is one of three Terry McMillan productions that will premiere on Lifetime, includingTerry McMillan Presents: Tempted by Love and another unnamed film.
Good went chic and sexy for the Forever premiere. The 42-year-old wore a black mini-dress with a sheer cut-out around the waist. Black beaded ropes accented the dress’s chest area for a low-cut look. Good wore black platform heels, minimal jewelry, and a French manicure. The Intruder actor styled her dark hair into natural waves to her waist and added rose eyeshadow.
Jonathan Majors wore a fun two-piece set to the Forever premiere. As he and Good kissed for cameras, he showed off the tie-dye look with a blue beanie, gold-rimmed glasses, and a patterned bandana around his neck. He and Good began dating in May 2023. She was previously married to producer and author DeVon Franklin. They separated in December 2021 and finalized their divorce in June 2022.
Notably, seven months after Good and Majors got together, a jury convicted the Creed III star of assaulting and harassing his former girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. He faced up to 12 months in jail. However, in April 2024, a judge instead ordered Majors to complete a year-long, in-person domestic violence intervention program instead.
Good has faced criticism for her relationship with Majors. However, the Think Like a Man star’s friends support her choice, reports People. A source told the publication, “Her divorce was very tough for her to process.” The source added that Good “has a really, really good heart.”
