Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Girl Smoothie Recipe Is Beyond Refreshing
Megan Thee Stallion has no issue showing off her statuesque body with her dance moves to songs like “Body” and “Cry Baby.” A Savage x Fenty and Fashion Nova sponsor, the Houston-born rapper looks amazing. However, like many of us, amid quarantine and a major slow down in her schedule, Megan became pretty lax when it came to her diet and exercise routine.
However, now that a new year is upon us, the 26-year-old is committed to being in peak physical and mental shape, especially as the world opens up and her schedule becomes increasingly hectic.
In fact, Megan is sharing her Hot Girl Smoothie recipe with her Hotties, and it’s beyond refreshing.
Megan Thee Stallion made massive changes to her diet and fitness routine at the beginning of 2021
At the top of 2021, Megan began a new segment on her YouTube channel with her trainer Timothy Boutte titled, “Hottie Bootcamp.” “So Hottie Bootcamp in my house is officially starting! It’s not necessarily a weight loss journey, but a health journey 💙 Y’all will be experiencing this with me every step of the way 😝 real healthy girl sh*t …” she shared on Instagram.
She said that she’d been eating whatever she wanted, especially around the holiday season and she wanted to switch some things up. The Good News rapper began by getting rid of the junk food in her house.
“I like to snack, and I like to eat whatever I want to eat. And I just feel like lately, the things that I’ve been eating have been not so good for my body,” she explained in a video clip. “Throwing out thee junk food 🥺 Today I cleaned out the fridge to the best of my abilities 😂 ps. Untouched food was not shown and I will donate it I just had to show y’all my commitment to getting rid of the junk 💙.”

To make this quick smoothie, begin by pouring the almond milk and the ice into your blender. Next, add in the kale and the peanut butter. Finally, top off the smoothie with blackberries, bananas, and strawberries. Blend the entire mixture together until smooth.
Don’t be alarmed if your smoothie is a deep purple color, it could depend on the number of blackberries that you used. With no strange or hard-to-find ingredients, this smoothie should be easy and fairly affordable to make while allowing you to remain full through a workout or a late-morning meeting.
