Meghan McCain shares an adorable photo of her daughter Liberty
McCain has always been protective of her privacy, especially her daughter’s. The former The View co-host had kept news about her pregnancy guarded at the beginning and didn’t share many updates. However, sharing photos of Liberty has proven irresistible as she is the cutest baby.
The Daily Mail columnist posted a photo of Liberty out in the town in her stroller managed by her father Ben. Liberty is seen mesmerized by the people around her as she sports a stylish outfit that looks extremely cozy. A little bow on her head, fluffy sweat pants, and little boots are how she kept warm in the winter season.
It wasn’t long before fans came into the comments to share their thoughts and express how fast Liberty is growing up.
“Sooo cute!!! She’s getting to be a big girl,” a fan said.
“You have a beautiful family! Your dad would be over the moon with her,” a follower added.
“She looks just like you and btw, her pants, I need them!!! They look so comfy!” an Instagram user noted.
“Wow!! Getting soooo big. She is beautiful, just like her mommy. Hi hubby too,” another follower commented.
“She is getting so big! Also, I want a pair of those pants for myself! Comfy Dino pants um yes, please,” another fan mentioned.
“Liberty is growing so fast! Little sweetheart,” another Instagram user posted.
Meghan McCain wouldn’t return to ‘The View’
McCain has been out of daytime television since leaving The View but after releasing an audio memoir of her life, she made headlines. One of the things she said during a press tour for the book was that she felt disrespected after returning from maternity leave. McCain was referring to an incident where co-host Joy Behar told her she didn’t miss her while she was away.
“I just thought like, I just don’t think this is how women should be treated when they come back from maternity leave,” McCain told Entertainment Tonight. “And I felt like the comradery of the show had dissipated because of the satellite — the fact that we were physically apart from each other really hurt the show.”
During the interview, McCain was asked if she would ever return to the ABC talk show and it was seemingly something she couldn’t even fathom of ever doing again.
“No, thank you so much, no,” she said. “I’m actually really excited for other people to get to do it too. To me, it felt like TV grad school. It’s like four years of TV grad school and now I’m good.”
