‘Million Dollar Listing’: Are Josh Altman and Fredrik Eklund Actually Working Together Now?

They were at each other’s throats but now are they working together? Fredrik Eklund and Josh Altman from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may be teaming up to sell a multi-million dollar property.

Eklund and Altman shared a video on their Instagram that teased the two are joining forces. “New listing: 10 Beverly Park asking $28M coming very soon with @thejoshaltman,” Eklund shared. “As two dads you realize life is too short and friendships are hard to come by – and worth fighting for However, it will be interesting to work together on this as our styles are very different…”

The video shows the two stoically walking up to the front door of a massive mansion. They stop and face each other outside the door. “So … you wanna do this?” Eklund asks Altman. Altman says, “Are you sure you wanna do this?”

Are they working together or is it broker versus broker?

Eklund and Altman tease that they could be going up against each other for the listing. “EKLUND vs ALTMAN,” Altman shared on his Instagram along with the video. “Eklund vs Altman • East Coast vs West Coast • Coming Soon • 10 Beverly Park • $27,995,000.”

Healthy competition was on display earlier this season when David Parnes confronted Tracy Tutor over an email he received from a client. Parnes and James Harris was shocked that Tutor told a client that Parnes wasn’t as dedicated. The trio seemed to have a pleasant working relationship so Parnes was taken aback.

But Tutor didn’t see it that way and didn’t break a sweat when Parnes tried to come for her. Tutor shared that the client brought up Parnes so she simply answered his questions. “It was the seller who kept bringing up David more like he wanted him and he didn’t show. So I reminded him of that. 🤷‍♀️.,” Tutor responded in an Instagram post about the moment.  

‘The Wellness House’ is the ‘the ultimate in luxury, technology’

If Altman and Eklund joined forces, this will be the second listing this season where Altman teamed up with another broker. Altman and Josh Flagg also teamed up to sell the massive “Razor” house, which seems to have many of the same qualities and appeal as his new listing with Eklund.
