Miranda Lambert Once Dumped a Salad on Another Woman at a Restaurant
Fans are always fascinated to hear about the things celebrities get up when they are not working. In country singer Miranda Lambert’s case, she once had a public confrontation that got a bit too heated. It was even reported that Lambert dumped food on another person.

Lambert is not one to hold herself back. Ever since she became a country star in the early 2000s, she has released many honest songs with witty lyrics. Sometimes her songs talk about an ex who mistreated her, while other times they might be poking fun at her own self.
Lambert once told Songwriting Magazine, “My job is to be honest. I started my career songwriting from exactly my point of view and from my heart, so I feel like from my perspective I give everything in those songs.”
She added, “I use it as therapy, that’s what we get to do as songwriters. It’s an awesome blessing, getting to use our words to heal ourselves and hopefully in the process we’ll heal other people, because we’re not the only ones going through hard things.”
Miranda Lambert once had a heated argument at a restaurant in Nashville
Lambert’s honesty sometimes gets her involved in situations that are not always appealing. In 2019, TMZ reported that Lambert got into a heated argument at a restaurant in Nashville.
Allegedly, Lambert was at the restaurant with her mother and a family friend. At some point, the friend in question got into a fight with another man in the bathroom.
“We’re told [the man] picked a fight with Miranda’s friend, which started in the men’s restroom with a wisecrack about millennials and their phones,” TMZ wrote.
The fight ended up spilling out into the dining area. According to eyewitnesses, after coming out of the bathroom, the man approached Lambert’s table and went off on them.
“Eyewitnesses say Miranda had to be held back after the man came up to her table and started screaming,” TMZ said. “We’re told Miranda started mouthing off and eventually walked over to the man’s wife, got feisty with her and dumped a salad in her lap!!!”
The police was called to the restaurant, but when they arrives, Lambert and her friend were no longer there.
Neither Lambert nor her team has commented on the alleged situation.
What is Miranda Lambert up to now?
Lambert seems to have moved on with her life.
Shortly after the fight in Nashville, Lambert announced she had tied the knot with a police officer from New York City named Brendan McLoughlin. The couple reportedly married on January 26, 2019.
Lambert also became a stepmother to McLoughlin’s son, Landon. “My stepson is amazing,” Miranda said, according to Extra. “I’m loving that whole phase, and I’ve raised a million dogs, so I feel like I’ve got that part of my womanly/motherly thing is full, so this is a whole new journey. It’s great.”
Of course, Lambert is still making music as well. On May 7, 2021, she released a collaborative album with Jack Ingram and John Randall, called The Marfa Tapes. The album has been positively received by fans and critics alike.
