Missed the Gov Ball Merch? Music Fans Can Still Purchase Souvenirs Online

Gov Ball may be over, but there's still merchadise available for purchase online. Here's what we know about the Governors Ball Music Festival merch still now online.

One of the Big Apple’s biggest music festivals, Governors Ball, returned to Citi Field in 2022. This year’s three-day event featured artists Glass Animals, Flume, Tove Lo, Clairo, Japanese Breakfast, Kaytranada, The Knocks, Becky G, and others as well as headliners Halsey, J. Cole, and Kid Cudi.

Like most years, Gov Ball 2022 also came with plenty of merchandise available for attendees to purchase. That included long sleeve shirts, baseball caps, and even artist-specific t-shirts.

One of the most popular products sported throughout the festival was a tie-dyed t-shirt with a disposable cup on the front. The back featured a list of the performers. Similar to other years, there were Gov Ball exclusive artist collaborations. Aly & AJ created their own shirt, available for fans to purchase at the festival, as did Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal).

Halsey had “One Night Only” shirts available throughout her North American tour, which extended to Governors Ball. Some fans even purchased Halsey-specific t-shirts a day prior to her headlining set.

Some merchandise items sold out at the festival, although most are still available for purchase online. That includes a black short sleeve tee with the lineup printed on the back, available for $35 (plus shipping).

A black “dad” baseball cap is listed for $30, sporting the Gov Ball apple-shaped logo. A rat-themed long sleep shirt is available for $40, also featuring the complete 2022 lineup on the back.

However, a message across the top of the website reads “limited sale of your favorite Gov Ball merch available until this Sunday at midnight! Everything will be made to order and will ship by Friday, July 1.”

Of course, some fans snatched freebies at the festival, including iridescent Gopuff fanny packs, yellow Supergoop bucket hats, and even Dunkin’ gift cards. There was a proposal during Halsey’s set and other memorable, musical moments captured on the Governors Ball social media accounts.

Now, some attendees look forward to information about next year’s festival. While Gov Ball is confirmed to return to New York City in 2023, not much else is known about the upcoming event. In fact, the festival’s Twitter account asked followers who should headline the event, with some shouting out SZA, Tame Impala, and Miley Cyrus.
