‘Temptation Island’ Morgan Lolar Shoots Her Shot at ‘Survivor’ Star Jay Starrett
Newly single Temptation Island star Morgan Lolar seemingly shot her shot at Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X fan-favorite, Jay Starrett, in his Instagram comments.
Morgan Lolar and Evan Smith broke up
Then 27-year-old Virginia-based real estate agent Morgan Lolar appeared on the first season of USA Network’s Temptation Island as a single looking for love.
She quickly hit it off with Evan Smith, who arrived at the island to prove his love to his then-girlfriend, Kaci Campbell. The two eventually fell for each other, and Smith ended his five-year relationship to be with her.
He moved out of their Los Angeles’ place into Lolar’s Virginia apartment and then proposed to her in March 2019, six months later. Towards the end of the year, the couple announced their plans to move across the country to California, but they suddenly broke up at the beginning of January 2020.
Lolar removed all the pictures with her fiance from her Instagram account and deleted his name from her bio. The two also stopped unfollowing each other, and he slowly began removing photos as well, even though a few remain on his account.
The real estate agent then revealed Smith cheated on her with “21-year-old Instagram models,” and she felt “played” by him. Currently, the formerly engaged couple both reside in California, with Smith living with several other social media influencers and Lolar staying with co-star and friend Erica Steinhauer.
Jay Starrett and Morgan Willett broke up
In 2016, then 27-year-old Florida-based real estate agent, Jay Starrett, competed on Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X. While no one took him seriously at first, he quickly became a huge threat after he orchestrated the blindside of ally Michaela Bradshaw and won two individual immunity challenges.
The Survivor star then began dating Big Brother: Over the Top winner Morgan Willett in the summer of 2018, but she “ghosted” him. Therefore, he appeared on MTV’s Ex on the Beach as one of the multiple exes who came for the BBOT star in hopes of rekindling their romance.
They did and continued their relationship in the real world for a few months until she left to compete on The Challenge. Starrett accused his then-girlfriend of cheating on him with Challenge veteran, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio.
She vehemently denies this and insists she began a romantic relationship with the MTV star after Starrett broke up with her. The Survivor star is competing in The Challenge Season 35, Total Madness, against Devenanzio, who is currently dating the BBOT champ.

Starrett uploaded a picture of his cast photo from The Challenge and explained how happy he is to participate in a show he “always wanted to compete on” in the caption.
Many Survivor stars and fans commented with encouraging words, including Lolar, who shot her shot at Starrett. She jokingly asked him if he wanted to “be on Teen Mom,” and if so, she would “meet him in the bathroom.”
The Survivor star replied, “Be there in 5” with a kissing and a heart eye emoji. One follower found the exchange amusing and commented several laughing emojis. The Challenge: Total Madness airs on April 1, 2020, at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
