Although they parted ways, many of Odom and Kardashian’s fans remember how stunning they looked together on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. However, what is the height difference between the former married couple?
How did Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom meet?
Before he met Kardashian, Odom dated around Los Angeles. After splitting up with the mother of his child, Liza Morales, he began seeing Taraji P. Henson. In his memoir, Darkness to Light, Odom said he never vibed with someone like Henson. He also recalled spending time with her son during their relationship.
While he was dating Henson, Odom attended a party for his former teammate, Ron Artest. The athlete decided to bring a date to the event, a woman he considered a close friend. Once he started walking around the venue, Odom spotted Rob Kardashian, Jr, and Kardashian.
“We ended up in his booth, and about an arm’s length away was this woman with huge eyes,” he wrote in his memoir. “I was immediately attracted to her. We started talking and hit it off. She told me her name was Khloé. I just kept staring at her eyes and thinking how much they reminded me of my mother’s.”

Within 30 days of their meeting, Odom and Kardashian married. Soon, the couple’s romance became the subject of a KUWTK spinoff, Khloé and Lamar. The pair also purchased a $3.95 million mansion in Tarzana, California.
“For a while, it was bliss, and I was literally the happiest I’ve ever been in my life,” Odom recalled in his memoir. “We were one of the most famous couples in Hollywood, and we made more money together than we had individually at any other point in our lives. At the start of our marriage, I was faithful to her. The Kardashians had the number-one-rated show on TV. I was an NBA champion, and the Lakers were barreling toward a second NBA title and third Finals appearance in a row. I felt fresh and was keeping an open mind.”
Odom and Kardashian were also seemingly in love during their photoshoots and on their shows. However, many supporters might not know that the athlete is one foot taller than the Revenge Body host. Although Kardashian is the tallest family member, her former husband often towered over her on the red carpet. According to Refinery29, Kardashian is 5’10. As for her ex-husband, Odom is 6’10.
Why did Khloé Kardashian and Lamar divorce?
In 2013, rumors began to swirl that Kardashian and Odom’s marriage was in trouble. The athlete admitted in his book that he cheated on his wife for most of their relationship. Odom also was at the height of his crack/cocaine addiction when he met Kardashian.
Kardashian officially filed for divorce in Dec. 2013, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The pair remained legally separated for three years. However, Kardashian paused the divorce to help Odom through his 2015 overdose. The couple finalized their divorce in 2016.
