‘NCIS’ Actor Wilmer Valderrama Is Engaged: Meet His Fiancée, Amanda Pacheco
Wilmer Valderrama is engaged!
The 39-year-old NCIS actor — he joined the cast of the popular TV series in 2016 — who rose to fame on That ‘70s Show, proposed to his girlfriend Amanda Pacheco, to start off 2020.
Valderrama shared the happy news with his nearly 2 million Instagram followers when he posted a picture of himself down on one knee asking Pacheco to marry him at a beach in San Diego, Calif., on Jan. 1, 2020. He captioned the post, “‘It’s just us now’ 01-01-2020.” See Valderrama’s post here.
Pacheco shared the same snapshot on her own Instagram account with the addition of a close up of her pear-shaped diamond engagement ring. See Pacheco’s post here.
The two were first spotted together in April 2019 and, according to Life and Style, they became Instagram official on June 19, 2019, when Pacheco shared a post of her and Valderrama while traveling together in Tokyo, Japan. Since then the couple’s been open about sharing their relationship on social media. Both Valderrama and Pacheco have featured each other in numerous posts.

She’s a model
Per her Instagram bio, Pacheco is a model. She’s represented by Scout as well as CGM-Caroline Gleason Management. As evidenced by her posts, Pacheco’s work takes her all over the world and often means she’s on the beach much to her delight.
And a divemaster
Besides working as a model, Pacheco also makes money as a divemaster. She’s licensed through the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
Pacheco wasn’t kidding in her Instagram bio when she wrote, “I belong deep in the sea or high in the trees where things are wild [sic] and free.”
Really, she seriously loves the water. Between her job as a model, which means she’s often jetting off to an exotic location, or her work as a divemaster, she’s never far from a body of water. Her Instagram is littered with posts from lust-worthy beaches the world over.

Pacheco is an ‘adventure addict’
The model and divemaster has a second Instagram account, @seaweeniewanders, dedicated to her adventures across the globe. While she doesn’t post to this account as frequently as her primary one, @seaweanie, it further highlights her love for nature and exploring new things. She can be seen diving in the Philippines, hiking, fishing, and camping among other activities.
Who did Wilmer Valderrama date previously?
Prior to his relationship with Pacheco, Valderrama dated “Sorry Not Sorry” singer, Demi Lovato for six years. The two called it quits in 2016 much to the dismay of fans but have remained close friends. Who knows? Maybe there’s a chance Lovato might even attend Valderrama and Pacheco’s wedding or least congratulate the couple on social media.
