Netflix has already filmed ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 3
According to an interview with ET, Love Is Blind hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey revealed back in September 2021 that filming season 3 has already wrapped.
Vanessa said, “So, we shot Season 1, that’s gonna come out February 2022. And I don’t know, am I allowed to say? We shot Season 3 already.”
What is the season 3 release date?
With Love Is Blind Season 3 already filmed, this means that it’s likely that the release date will come sooner rather than later. As fans recall, there was a two-year gap between seasons 1 and 2.
Season 1 aired back in February 2020 and season 2 aired in February 2022. If season 3 follows the same pattern, then the next season could be February 2024.
However, it’s possible that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic could have caused the delay. Fans could expect season 3 to premiere as early as next year — 2023.
Where will Season 3 take place?
So far, the Netflix show has already produced four successful marriages, proving that the social experiment works. In season 1, the cast was made up of singles from Atlanta, Georgia. In season 2, the cast resided in Chicago, Illinois.
While there’s no confirmation on what city Season 3 will be set at, there have been some leads. One fan revealed on the Love Is Blind Reddit page that Netflix was casting for season 3 in Texas. They wrote, “It’s in Dallas. They were casting here last year.”
Another fan confirmed, “According to a friend of mine whose former college roommate was on season 3, they filmed it some time in the late summer or fall, and yes, I’ve heard it’s in either Dallas or Houston. Not sure when it’s set to be released tho.”
