All the New Hallmark Movies You Can Watch in October 2021
Fall is here, but over at Hallmark Channel, they’re already hanging the mistletoe and stockings. The network kicks off its annual Christmas movie extravaganza on Oct. 22 with the premiere of You, Me & The Christmas Trees with Danica McKellar and Benjamin Ayres. But before the holiday celebration begins, Hallmark will close out its “Fall Harvest” programming event. Here are all the new Hallmark Channel movies you can watch in October 2021.
Katie Findlay stars in ‘Love Strikes Twice’ on Hallmark Channel
In the new Hallmark movie Love Strikes Twice, Katie Findlay of The Killing and Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist stars as a woman named Maggie who has fallen out of sync with her husband Josh (Riverdale’s Wyatt Nash). After she wishes for a do-over, she wakes up 15 years earlier, which gives her the chance to find out what life would have been like if she’d stayed with her ex-boyfriend Rick (Marshall Williams). But once she reconsiders her past, she begins to see her current life in a new light.
Love Strikes Twice airs Saturday, Oct. 2 at 9 p.m. ET.
‘South Beach Love’ premieres Oct. 9
Rival quinceañeras take center stage in South Beach Love, which is adapted from a book by bestselling author Caridad Piñeiro. Sarah (Taylor Cole) is catering her niece’s 15th birthday celebration, but things get complicated when her ex-boyfriend Tony (Willam Levy) returns home to Miami to cater his own niece’s quinceañera, which is happening the same weekend. The exes go head to head in an attempt to appear on the cover of a local magazine, putting the friendship between the two families at risk.
South Beach Love airs Saturday, Oct. 9 at 9 p.m. ET.
‘Advice to Love By’ premieres Oct. 16
Kendall (Erinn Westbrook) is a well-known author of relationship advice books. But things get complicated when she meets magazine writer Nathan (Brooks Darnell) during a book signing. Kendall doesn’t realize that Nathan is actually her professional rival, penning a popular advice column titled “The Dating Doc.” Kendall and Nathan have an undeniable attraction, and soon they each start employing their own dating tricks and strategies to win the other over.
Advice to Love By airs Saturday, Oct. 16 at 9 p.m. ET.
New Hallmark Christmas movies begin airing Oct. 22
“Countdown to Christmas” begins before Halloween, with new holiday-themed Hallmark movies premiering beginning Oct. 22.
First up is You, Me & The Christmas Tree, about an arborist named Olivia (McKellar) who helps a Christmas tree farmer (Benjamin Ayres) desperate to know what’s killing the trees on his family farm. It airs Friday, Oct. 22, at 8 p.m. ET.
Boyfriends of Christmas Past stars Catherine Haena Kim as a marketing executive named Lauren who is visited by the ghosts of four ex-boyfriends in the time leading up to Christmas. It airs Saturday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. ET.
Tamera Mowry-Housley stars in The Santa Stakeout as Tanya, a detective who teams up with another officer (Paul Campbell) to investigate a recent string of holiday heists. It airs Sunday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. ET.
In Christmas In Harmony, Ashleigh Murray plays a woman who is tricked into trying out for the Holiday Chorus, which just happens to be directed by her ex-boyfriend. It airs Friday, Oct. 28 at 8 p.m. ET.
Ryan Paevey and Janel Parrish team up in Coyote Creek Christmas, about a woman who helps plan a “Christmas Around the World” party at her family’s Rocky Mountain hotel and finds love in the process. It airs Saturday, Oct. 30 at 8 p.m. ET.
Finally, Christmas Sail stars Katee Sackhoff as Liz, a woman who returns home to care for her estranged father (Terry O’Quinn) at Christmastime. While there, she reconnects with her best friend (Patrick Sabongui). It airs Sunday, Oct. 31 at 8 p.m. ET.
