Paradise might be about a post-apocalyptic world with people living underneath a mountain in Colorado, but the TV show still has stunning homes. Namely President Cal Bradford’s (James Marsden) mansion which is real and for sale. Learn about the jaw-dropping home featured in the Hulu original series, ahead.

Cal’s house on ‘Paradise’ is actually located in California

Good news, Paradise fans. Cal’s home isn’t just a TV set relegated to the small screen. It’s a real home in the Los Angeles, Calif., neighborhood of Holmby Hills. A pretty famous one at that, known as the Azria Estate. (It’s named after late BCBG owner, Max Azria, who used to live there.)

The colonial-style home was built in 1939 and designed by Paul Williams, the architect behind multiple L.A. landmarks such as The Beverly Hills Hotel. It spans a whopping 30,000 square feet and includes 14 bedrooms and 25—yes, 25—bathrooms.

The home seen on ‘Paradise’ is currently for sale for $55 million

No surprise here. Living in the real Paradise house will cost millions. Many, many millions. The home is currently listed for $55 million. See the full listing on Zillow and watch a video tour, above.

With the hefty price tag, however, comes a long list of amenities and many rooms with a view. For starters, the main house sits at the top of a long, gated driveway. Hello, major curb appeal!

Inside, there are hardwood floors, ornate fireplaces, tall ceilings, and a jaw-dropping double staircase in the entryway. Not to mention a skylight guests see when they walk through the door.

There’s also a catering kitchen, infinity pool, sauna, home movie theater, office, art studio, wine cellar, and game room. The grounds boast a greenhouse, gardens (Japanese and Mediterranean), and a tennis court.

The property, which sits on a 2.81-acre lot, borders Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s $61.5 million mansion, which is also for sale. Other famous neighbors in the area include fashion designer Tom Ford and former Beats CEO Jimmy Iovine, just to name a few.

Jennifer Lopez came close to buying it in 2024

Picture Jennifer Lopez living in Cal’s house. That almost happened in September 2024, according to TMZ. Following her split from Ben Affleck, J. Lo reportedly had her sights set on buying the sprawling property after touring it multiple times and was “close to striking a deal.”

Sources told the outlet Lopez had been trying to negotiate the price down from $55 million closer to the $30-$39 million range. The “Get Loud” singer previously looked at the home when she and Affleck were house-hunting in March 2023. It was also a filming location for Lopez’s 2024 movie, Atlas

For whatever reason, Lopez didn’t end up as the proud new owner of the stunning home, which is reportedly part of ongoing legal drama that began in May 2024 involving Azria’s widow, Lubow Azria, and billionaire investor Ron Burkle.
