Paris Jackson Dazzles in Bold Naked Dress While Celebrating 5 Years Sober: ‘I Almost Missed It All’
Paris Jackson has a lot to celebrate in 2025. The model is five years sober from drugs and alcohol. Her entertainment career is blossoming, and she’s looking gorgeous and healthy. Jackson has collaborated with Stella McCartney several times. Naturally, she attended the luxury fashion label’s Fall/Winter 2025-26 show as part of Paris Fashion Week.

On March 5, Jackson sat front row for the Stella McCartney show. As a longtime ambassador for the sustainable fashion brand, the 26-year-old has worked with McCartney on several projects that emphasize eco-friendly materials and ethical fashion choices. Jackson’s outfit for the high-profile show certainly emphasized natural style choices as she went au natural underneath.

The daughter of pop star Michael Jackson sat front row alongside Barbara Palvin, Olivia Colman, and Kate Moss. Paris wore a sheer black off-the-shoulder maxi dress from McCartney’s spring 2025 collection. She held a black mini Ryder, one of Stella McCartney’s newest handbags. She accessorized with gold earrings and rings, donning cheeky nude panties for a full body “naked” look, showing off her shoulder, back, and chest tattoos.

The American Horror Stories actress is glowing and gorgeous as she advances her career in film and fashion. In early 2025, Paris took to Instagram to celebrate her biggest achievement of all: five years of sobriety. The “bandaid” singer posted a video montage of her life before and after sobriety. She captioned it, “hi, i’m pk and i’m an alcoholic and a heroin addict. today marks 5 years clean & sober from all drugs and alcohol … gratitude hardly scratches the surface.”

In the post, Paris credited her sobriety with allowing her to make music, grieve, laugh, dance, and trust. “I’ve found that life keeps happening regardless of whether i’m sober or not,” she stated. “But today i get to show up for it.” Paris has been sober since January 7, 2020. Like many, she took time during the COVID-19 pandemic to reevaluate her life, which now includes jetsetting to Europe for events like Paris Fashion Week.

Prior to the Stella McCartney runway show, Paris attended the Louvre’s Grand Fashion Dinner. The museum’s first fundraising gala honored the new exhibition, “Louvre Couture: Art and Fashion — Statement Pieces.” Reminiscent of the Met Gala on a much smaller scale, the Grand Fashion Dinner saw stars like Paris go all out for their looks. Victoria Beckham, Ashley Graham, Naomi Campbell, and more attended in support of the city’s most beloved and famous museum.
