‘Power Book IV: Force’ Theme Song Teased By 50 Cent
Fans of the Power shows know the theme songs are usually their own mini-masterpieces. They have catchy lyrics and always complement the vibe of the shows on which they’re based. The theme song for the upcoming Power Book IV: Force was just teased by 50 Cent and appears to feature vocals from him and a couple of artists from the Windy City, resulting in a fitting tune for this Chicago-based series.

‘Power Book IV: Force’ is much-anticipated
Power Book IV: Force begins after the death of James “Ghost” St. Patrick and finds Tommy Egan trying to rebuild after the loss of his best friend and business partner. While his initial plan was to move to Los Angeles, Tommy for some reason ends up in Chicago.
“What you can expect on the show is a lot more of the same from Tommy,” Joseph Sikora, who plays the character, said on Instagram Live. “But he’s got nothing. So remember, he left New York with nothing. He left New York with a bunch of money, some guns, some burners, and that’s it. Just everything he had on his person. So you’re gonna watch Tommy rebuild himself in real-time.”
“It’s almost like watching a flashback in the future, in some ways,” he added in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “Because what we’re doing is we’re seeing how Tommy became Tommy — but after he lost everything. What does he do when he has nothing? How does he make things work?”
Joining Sikora in the cast of Power Book IV: Force is Kris D. Lofton (Empire), Anthony Fleming III (Prison Break), Gabrielle Ryan (The Haves and the Have Nots), Isaac Keys (Get Shorty), Lili Simmons (Ray Donovan), and Shane Harper (Hightown), among others. Sikora added on Instagram Live that characters from Power could appear in his show, but he did not say names.
The show premieres this February
The premiere date for Power Book IV: Force is Feb. 6, 2022 — right after the conclusion of the second season of Power Book II: Ghost, the show following Tariq St. Patrick as he also copes with the loss of Ghost, who was his father. Force will seemingly be followed by the second season of Kanan Stark’s spinoff, Power Book III: Raising Kanan. But nothing has been confirmed so far.
