Following the birth of each of their children, William gave his wife a push present to mark the occasion. And the princess had fans buzzing when she showed off one at a high-profile event watched by millions of people around the world.

On July 22, 2013, the couple’s first child, Prince George, was born.

The jewelry experts at U.K. retailer Steven Stone noted that William gave Kate a necklace with their son’s name engraved on it.

“To celebrate the birth of their first child, Prince George, Prince William gifted Kate several pieces of jewelry — including a beautiful necklace with their son’s full name engraved on it and a 0.23-carat diamond and 18-carat white gold ring from Annoushka, which cost around £1,200 ($1,500 USD) at the time,” Maxwell Stone said.

On May 2, 2015, William and Kate welcomed their daughter, Princess Charlotte.

“After the arrival of Princess Charlotte, Kate was seen wearing a beautiful pair of green amethyst and green tourmaline earrings, known to be a push present from William,” Stone shared.

The jeweler explained: “The perfect stone for a new mother, green amethyst strengthens peace and calm, and brings generosity, growth, health, harmony, and stability. Designed by Kiki McDonough, the earrings have an estimated price tag of around £3,500 ($4,400).”

But it was William’s push present for Kate after their youngest child, Prince Louis, arrived on April 23, 2018, that fans went wild for.

Royal watchers saw Kate sporting a stunning ring at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding which took place less than a month after Louis was born on May 19, 2018.

According to Stone, “Royal fans went crazy over the push present that Kate received from William to honor the birth of Prince Louis — a citrine ring. Fittingly, citrine crystals are said to bring newborns intelligence, health, happiness, curiosity, confidence, and healing wisdom.

“Though a beautiful ring, it’s more affordable than you might think as citrine is a semi-precious stone, thus isn’t as rare as precious gemstones like rubies or sapphires. The center stone looks to be around 6 to 7 carats and has an intense color. With that in mind, it’s likely to be worth around £1,000 to £2,000 ($1,300 USD to $2,500 USD) assuming the stone is high quality.”
