Ramona Singer left Bravo after season 13 of The Real Housewives of New York City. The decision to depart the network was not her own. The entire cast was fired so the network could bring in a fresh cast. That cast is now carrying the series, and Singer has spent the last few years flying under the radar. She recently stepped forward for an interview and revealed that the end of her tenure on the reality TV series was actually a blessing. She insists she’s happier and healthier than ever.

Ramona Singer calls the end of ‘RHONY’ a ‘blessing’

Despite being the only member of the original The Real Housewives of New York City cast member to appear in all seasons before the refresh, Singer isn’t exactly attached to the project. In a chat with The Cut, Singer looked back on her days as a reality TV star with Bravo.

She told the publication that the end of her time on the show was actually a blessing. Singer said she was glad she was axed when she was. She said she didn’t realize how stressed she was with filming. Once the cameras were gone, Singer said she started to look and feel better, insisting she looks “10 years younger” now. She insists that the end of the series also allowed her to open herself up to new possibilities and people, including her boyfriend, Bill Luby.

What is Ramona Singer up to these days?

Singer isn’t a TV personality right now, but the controversial star isn’t shying away from the limelight. At the very least, she’s not aiming for complete anonymity. Singer is still active on Instagram, sharing her life and travels with nearly a million followers.

While she left RHONY marred by a scandal, she did appear in The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip and is open to TV appearances and interviews. Right now, she seems most interested in spending time with her new love and her daughter.

Singer has one child with her ex-husband, Mario Singer. Avery Singer was born in 1995. Ramona and Mario split in 2014. She’s currently dating Bill Luby, a businessman. The duo have been seeing each other since 2022.
