Reality Steve’s spoilers predicted Gabby Windey would become ‘The Bachelorette’
Bachelor Nation fans often look to Reality Steve’s spoilers for the latest scoop on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Prior to Clayton Echard’s finale, the spoiler guru posted about what was destined to happen during the finale. And he also gave insight into the star of The Bachelorette 2022.
According to Reality Steve, Clayton was going to leave Iceland a single man — and this proved true. Clayton went back for Susie Evans in the second half of the finale, and he sent Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey home. Unfortunately, while he and Susie made it all the way to the end, Susie told Clayton their relationship was officially over, and she left.
As for the next season of The Bachelorette, Reality Steve guessed that Gabby would become the next lead. This proved half true. “I expect The Bachelorette announcement to come Tuesday night, and my GUESS right now is it’s gonna be Gabby,” he wrote. “Nothing solid, not confirmed, but after hearing some more things this weekend, that’s who I’m leaning towards.” Now, fans know both Gabby and Rachel will lead the season.
Reality Steve’s Twitter gave more information on the upcoming season with 2 leads
With the news that both Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia become leads of The Bachelorette 2022, Reality Steve posted about the season to Twitter.
“Never thought I’d see the day that Bachelorette rips off Joe Millionaire with the double lead idea,” Reality Steve began on Twitter.
Reality Steve’s spoilers verified that both Gabby and Rachel will be the leads for the entire season. This isn’t a situation where the men will pick which woman they want more. “This is NOT a Kaitlyn/Britt thing where the guys choose who they want night one,” the spoiler guru posted. “(SPOILER): Gabby and Rachel will be double Bachelorettes throughout the whole season.”
He also added commentary about why he believes production chose this path. “When you’re 20 years and 46 seasons into a franchise, sometimes you gotta change things up,” he tweeted. “This made sense after what we watched tonight. Sure, it’ll be different and we don’t know exactly how the dates will go yet, but that’s what will keep people intrigued. I’m all for it.”

When will fans get to see The Bachelorette 2022 air? According to Variety, ABC aims to air the new season on July 11, 2022. This gives fans a major breather between Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor and Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia taking the lead.
