The Reason Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott ‘Don’t Go on Dates’
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott will become parents for a second time. In Sept. 2021, the mogul confirmed her pregnancy after months of speculation. The news came two years after Jenner and the “SICKO MODE” rapper broke up in 2019.
Although they already have a child together- Stormi Webster, 3, the Kylie Cosmetics CEO said she and Scott don’t do one relationship standard.
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott only dated a month before her first pregnancy
Since becoming famous for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner created her lane as a beauty entrepreneur. During her rise to millionaire status, some fans wanted to hear more about the reality star’s personal life. In 2015, Jenner and Tyga went public as an official couple. They dated for two years before parting ways in 2017.
At some point during her and Tyga’s split, Jenner met Scott. After several hangouts, the Kylie Lip Kit founder followed the Grammy nominee on tour. Then, their relationship flourished. However, Scott never took Jenner out on an official date due to their schedules and lack of privacy.
“We don’t go on dates,” she said in an interview with GQ.
Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner loved going to ‘random cities’ as a couple
Despite not going on formal dates, Scott and Jenner traveled worldwide before Stormi was born. In between attending his shows, the Life of Kylie alum said they spent every free moment together. The best part of the tour for Jenner was getting to know Scott outside of her fame bubble. Although the tour shocked her followers and family, she said the trip deepened their romance.
“My whole family knows that I do whatever I’m going to do,” Jenner said. “I’ve been that way my whole life. I don’t really answer to anybody. I live on my own, and so I just rode off into the sunset. We had a lot of downtime. It was organic. And we would just go to these random cities. We got to not be who we really were. Like, if we were in LA, I feel like it would’ve been way different. Everything happened for a reason. We weren’t going out as “Kylie and Trav.” We would just be in Cleveland, walking the street for hours. We would go on walks, and no one would bother us.”
Kylie and Travis still won’t say they’re back together
In Oct. 2019, Jenner and Scott shocked their fans by deciding to end their two-year relationship. However, many were relieved to see the pair hang out together for Stormi. After keeping her supporters guessing, Jenner shared an Instagram video of Scott’s reaction to the pregnancy. She also added her mom, Kris Jenner’s reaction to the news.
Despite reportedly planning their second baby, Jenner and Scott refuse to confirm they’re a couple. Nonetheless, they always agree on protecting their family and love.
“We have such a great relationship. We’re like best friends,” Jenner explained in her March 2020 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “We both love Stormi and want what’s best for her. We stay connected and coordinated.”
