‘RHOA’: How Many Times Have Kenya Moore and Marc Daily Broken Up?
The relationships that the Real Housewives have with their husbands aren’t exactly known for being really strong. In almost every franchise city, there is at least one marriage on the rocks. On The Real Housewives of Atlanta, it’s Kenya Moore’s marriage to Marc Daily that is currently in dire straights. And this isn’t the first time that the two have been on the outs. So, how many times have Moore and Daily broken up?
Kenya Moore and Marc Daily’s divorce
After years of being the single housewife of Atlanta, Moore married Daily in June of 2017 after less than a year of dating.
“I’ve never experienced a first date like this before,” she told People in 2017 of her and Daily’s first date. “You know when you meet people, and you like them or have good chemistry with them but you don’t feel like the world has changed? I felt like the earth moved after our first date. I probably would have married him in 30 days, the feeling was that strong.”
But by September 2019, they announced they were getting a divorce.
“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly,” Moore said in a statement to People. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”
Daily also released a statement saying that he would not entertain any false statements about the marriage.
“I cherish our family’s good times together and will continue to co-parent in a loving way,” he said. “Rumors, innuendo, or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be addressed through counsel as the law permits. Please respect our privacy during this challenging period.”
Kenya and Marc worked things out
During the season 12 virtual RHOA reunion, Moore told host Andy Cohen that she and Daily were trying to work things out. She told Cohen that she and Daily were in counseling and that he was really fighting for his family.
But by the time season 13 premiered, things seemed to have changed and Moore discussed feeling nervous about the future of her marriage.

Even after the counseling, it appears that Moore and Daily decided to go their separate ways.
“After recently attending mediation, Kenya and I have agreed to end our marriage,” he told The Root. “I will always have great care for her and look forward to amicably continuing to co-parent our daughter Brooklyn with an abundance of love and wisdom.”
“As always, in addition to perpetual self-improvement, my primary focus will continue to be helping the underserved and people of color in Brooklyn to recover from the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This focus will take shape through using my restaurant as a ‘Community Hub’ where positive and diverse perspectives on important topics such as economic empowerment, social activism, and political engagement can be highlighted in a safe and productive forum. I’m blessed to be a positive change agent for not just my family but also my community.”
