A new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta means that the peaches are back with a whole new set of taglines. The stars of the Bravo reality series renew their phrases every season to go along with their storyline for the season. Fans are always anxious to see the intro to the show and the cable network surprised them by releasing the opening sequence ahead of the second episode of season 13.

What are the ‘RHOA’ Season 13 taglines?

The intro for RHOA Season 13 starts of with Kenya Moore and her fabulous yellow dress from last season.

“If you don’t like my shade, then step out of my shade,” Moore says.

The former beauty queen’s tagline is a nod to all the shade she throws in her confessionals and in person.

“A little Kandi always helps sweeten the tea,” Kandi Burruss mentions.

Burruss loves to use a pun and this time her name is mixed into her tagline because she always spills the tea in a classy way.

Newbie Drew Sidora pops up with a nod to her sitcom past.

“I was in The Game, but now? I’m calling all the plays,” she says.

Cynthia Bailey also uses a pun and since this season is all about planning her wedding, she mentions her man’s name, Mike Hill.

“I’ve been through the peaks and the valleys, and now, I’m head over Hills,” Bailey adds.

Porsha Williams has been making headlines all year-long thanks to her activism work in support of Black Lives Matter. Naturally, the Bravo Chat Room co-host had to mention that in her tagline for this season.

“I may be social distancing, but I’m here for social justice,” Williams ends in the opening sequence.

Drew Sidora joins ‘RHOA’

Following the announcement that Nene Leakes would not be returning for another season of RHOA, Sidora was one of the new peaches on the show. In a recent interview, the former TV actress said that she had been approached to do the show on a number of occasions in previous years.

“Back in 2015 when I was approached, I was pregnant with my now 5-year-old and my water broke at 28 weeks,” Sidora told Hollywood Life. “I was in the hospital for 5 weeks on bed rest and I couldn’t make it through Atlanta to do it. I was like, ‘This isn’t the right time.’”

That wouldn’t be the last time Sidora was asked to hold a peach. She was later approached when she was “in the midst of moving to Atlanta,” which was bad timing once again. It was ahead of season 15 Sidora claims to have been offered a full-time spot on the show and this time she couldn’t resist.

“When the opportunity came around a third time I was like, ‘OK, God. What are you trying to tell me?’” Sidora added. “It just felt like at this time in my life, I have been through so much. Doing different movies and filming different TV shows, my nature and where I come from, I don’t ever get to show and share myself. People don’t get to see I’m human just like everyone else.”
