‘RHOA’ Star Kenya Moore Finally Admits She Got Dumped By Marc Daly
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is finally coming to terms with her split from Marc Daly. The reality star has been very coy about the breakup since they announced their separation in September, and she has now admitted that Daly is the one who pulled the plug on the relationship. Although their marriage seems beyond repair, Moore is still optimistic that she and Daly will be able to work things out.
Inside Moore and Daly’s mysterious relationship
Kenya Moore and Marc Daly first started dating after the conclusion of season 9 of RHOA. But instead of parading Daly in front of the camera, Moore kept their relationship private and refused to let Daly film.
They tied the knot in a secret ceremony in 2017. Because Moore refused to let Bravo film aspects of her marriage in season 10, she only appeared as a guest the following season.
There was also a lot of speculation about the validity of Moore and Daly’s union, especially from her RHOA co-stars. Those rumors have only increased following Moore and Daly’s split last fall, with many fans wondering if their marriage was a complete sham.
There is no way of proving that Moore and Daly arranged their marriage as a publicity stunt, but this is not the first time Moore has been accused of faking a relationship for the camera.
A look into Kenya Moore’s shady relationship past
When fans met Moore in her first season on RHOA, her boyfriend was Walter Jackson. He owned a car towing firm and was fully expected to pop the big question before the season was over. Instead, he and Moore parted ways and never got engaged.
At the time, RHOA fans speculated that Kenya Moore and Jackson were never seriously involved. Some fans suspected that Moore started dating Jackson just to boost her storyline on the show. Moore, of course, denied the rumors, but Jackson alluded to them in an interview in 2014.
“I’m not a hater,” Jackson shared. “I think she is a great actress and great entertainment, but people need to open their eyes a bit if they think what they see from her is reality.”
Kenya Moore did not respond to Jackson’s comments. He went on to marry a woman named Lana Lee, with whom he shares one daughter. Although things worked out for Jackson, this was not the only time Moore has been involved in a questionable romance.
Moore’s ex-boyfriend comes clean about their relationship
Prior to dating and marrying Daly, fans will recall that Moore was involved in a complicated relationship with a man named Matt Jordan. Moore and Jordan went through a lot of ups and downs, and their romance ended in a blowout fight in 2016.
Following the end of their relationship, Jordan did not appreciate how he was characterized as a villain on the show. Taking to Twitter, Jordan blasted Kenya Moore for lying about their romance and alluded to the idea that their relationship was fabricated from the beginning.
“Please stop lying!!!” Jordan stated. “The whole abusive boyfriend thing I’ll let it play out even though I was totally against the whole idea in the first place.”
The comments suggest that Kenya Moore wanted Jordan to play the part of an abuser to the benefit of her storyline on RHOA. Jordan went on to compare their relationship to what Moore did to Jackson, which indicates that the reality star has a penchant for making up romances.
This is one reason why some of Moore’s RHOA co-stars questioned the legitimacy of her relationship with Daly. Considering her shady past with romances, it is hard to blame them.
Kenya Moore finally admits Daly dumped her
To make things even worse, Moore has been very cryptic about how things ended with Daly. While he has remained adamant that their marriage is over, Moore is still optimistic that things will eventually work out.
This is probably why Kenya Moore recently came to terms with how her marriage fell apart. According to All About The Tea, Moore confessed that Daly dumped her this past September after the two experienced a major fight.
“We had a fight and, instead of giving that time to breathe and figure things out after that, you know, a decision was made,” she explained. “Independent of me.”
Moore did not share any details about the fight, but she is confident that they will eventually reunite. In that same interview, Moore revealed that she and Daly are on better terms and are raising their daughter, Brooklyn, in a healthy environment.
Marc Daly has not commented on the rumors surrounding his split from Kenya Moore.
