‘RHOC’: Did Vicki Gunvalson Deserve Kelly Dodd’s Pig Emoji Attack?
Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd are at odds with each other and Episode 2 of Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Orange County gave viewers an insight into the drama that has fueled a nasty Twitter feud between the Bravo stars.
Why Are Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd Fighting?
The drama between self-proclaimed OG of the OC goes back to the Season 13 reunion when Gunvalson accused Dodd of doing cocaine as a retaliation of the latter calling the former fat.
Since that comment, Dodd claims that her reputation has tanked and on Episode 2 of Season 14, her daughter is even experiencing nasty remarks. During a scene, Dodd’s daughter says that she no longer likes Gunvalson and that she’s been getting messages about her mom on social media calling her out on the alleged drug usage.
Kelly Dodd Sends Pig Emoji To Attack Vicki Gunvalson
As Season 14 of RHOBH unravels, we find out that Gunvalson and Dodd have been exchanging text messages, but the latter reached a level of pity by attacking the former’s looks. It’s not a secret that Vicki has been self-conscious about her looks, especially her nose.
Kelly, knowing that Vicki’s been called a pig in the past, replied to her text messages using a pig Animoji with her voice.
“You wanna f*** with me? You little pig of a f***ing bitch, is exactly what’s gonna happen to you. Don’t f***ing text me. Don’t write me, you block me? I can do whatever you want you look like sh** so ha ha ha ha ha, wuu hu hu hu hu…,” Dodd is heard saying as a pig Animoji.
What Are ‘RHOC’ Fans Saying About The Pig Emoji?
Following the scene on Bravo, fans took to Twitter to make their opinions known and most were siding with Kelly on this feud.
“I was fully not prepared for the pig emoji text message from Kelly and I have never laughed harder,” one user tweeted.
“A pig emoji may hurt Vicki’s feelings, but it doesn’t hurt her reputation like drug allegations. She could’ve told no one about the text and it would’ve be [sic] done. Vicki made her accusations on camera and if it was an adult who sent Jolie that DM…you need serious help,” another user sided with Kelly.
“Sorry, Vicki deserved that pig emoji. So sad the messages Kelly’s daughter is getting,” wrote another fan.
“I’m sorry but I LOVED how much people talked about the pig emoji. Also, Vicki stop trying to be a victim. You are far from a victim. Don’t dish it out if you can’t take it,” a viewer commented.
Kelly Dodd Says She Will Never Be Friends With Vicki Gunvalson Again
In an interview for the new season, Kelly said that she was “jumping for joy” when she found out that Vicki was demoted to a “friend” status.
“I think that she uses everybody as a story line. She doesn’t really have anything in her life. You know, her kids are gone, her grandkids are gone,” Kelly told Us Weekly. “All good things come to an end. And I think, you know, everyone was kind of sick of their story, money, Tamra and Vicki. So you know, I think it’s kind of time for them to go bye bye. I feel like, out with the old, in with the fresh. It’s stale, it’s getting stale.”
As far as a reconciliation between the two former besties? Don’t hold your breath on that one.
“I will never be friends with Vicki again. … And I can promise that,” Kelly also told the previously cited publication. “Tamra and Shannon for four years said that they hated Vicki, they’ll never be friends with her again. Over and over again. I can promise you I will never be friends her.”
Shortly after Kelly’s interview was published online, Vicki took to Instagram to reply and wrote: “I used to feel sorry for her, now I don’t. She is an angry, volatile person,” Vicki wrote on Instagram about Kelly. “Regarding her stating we are stale and don’t have storylines… listen up girl! Our lives are always evolving and changing. We don’t have ‘storylines.’ It’s a ‘reality show’…our reality. Not fake stories like you.”
