The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast apparently isn’t thrilled with how this season has turned out — or one of them, at least. Although “friend” Jenn Fessler is not a full-time cast member, she appears in most episodes as a friend of the ladies. And some would say that she’s one of the most level-headed. While remaining friends with the majority of the women, Jenn still thinks the tension this season has become too much — and she recently said she would “never want to relive” this drama.

‘RHONJ’ season 14 sees tensions higher than ever

The show seems to have no storyline other than everyone hating each other. And while every Bravo show sees its share of drama, some fans — and apparently cast members, too — think the yelling and arguing has become worse than ever. Each time the women meet up, it’s just one person confronting another; there has yet to be a civil event these women have attended this season. Most recently, Rachel Fuda and Teresa Giudice went after each other at Danielle Cabral’s Boujie Brunch, causing Teresa to leave early.

Jenn Fessler says she’s tired of it. “There’s no more fun,” Fessler told Us Weekly. “I felt so good last season about being in it and being funny and being silly and goofy and a mess, and there’s just not that much of it at least so far this season.” She said of the season 14 finale, “I would never want to relive that again.”

Fessler also said that the show is “shifting,” as it seems clear to both the fans and the cast that things can’t continue going the way they are. “I am not privy to what goes on at Bravo [but] I’m very well aware of the fact that things in Jersey are changing, things are shifting. The how’s of it, the whens, the whys? I don’t know.”

The ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ cast hardly gets along

Last season, women took sides as things between Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, continued to go downhill. But this season, even the ladies who previously got along are starting to have disagreements. Danielle confronted Teresa and Jennifer Aydin, two of her close friends, during last week’s episode and accused them of setting her up regarding last year’s rumor surrounding Melissa “making out with another guy” (the rumor appears to have been false). Margaret and Jackie have had trouble, too, yet Jackie seems to actually be on decent terms with Teresa. But that didn’t stop Melissa from trying to stir the pot between Jackie and Teresa at the brunch, despite that Jackie and Melissa had always been pretty good friends.

It’s hard to keep track of who gets along with who, and while some drama is always welcome, the series won’t last long if things continue the way they are. In a recent Instagram post shared by Melissa, some fans said the cast members are “wrecking the show.”
