‘RHONJ’: Rachel Fuda Slams Teresa Giudice in Blowout Fight: ‘You Went to Prison As a Grown A** Woman’
The Real Housewives of New Jersey never seems to have a dull moment — and just when you think people are starting to get along, new drama is stirred up. At this point, it’s hard to tell who is on whose side, but in the most recent episode, it’s clear there are two people who are not on good terms: Rachel Fuda and Teresa Giudice.
Rachel, who joined the show last season, has had a problem with Teresa since Teresa made a comment about John Fuda allegedly selling drugs when he was younger. The rumor came from John’s ex, and Teresa spread it without knowing the facts. Of course, Rachel took issue with that, and when the two had a confrontation at Danielle Cabral’s Boujie Brunch, things exploded.
Rachel Fuda defended her husband and went in on Teresa Giudice
In this season’s fifth episode, things came to a head between Teresa and Rachel when Rachel confronted Teresa about rumors Teresa had spread regarding her Rachel’s husband, John Fuda. At Jennifer Fessler’s birthday party, Teresa called John Fuda a drug dealer after seeing the rumor floating around, though she later said she meant years ago and not present day. “Boujie mom” Danielle Cabral eventually hosted a brunch to kick off fashion week, and Rachel went back at Teresa for spreading the rumor with bad intentions, but Teresa was not hearing it.
Eventually, things seriously blew up between Teresa and Rachel after Teresa called Rachel’s husband a parking attendant (he owns a valet company and seemingly does quite well from it) and said that “maybe [being] a drug dealer would be better” in terms of money.
Rachel then hit Teresa with the zinger: “You went to Prison as a grown a** woman,” Rachel said, after owning that her husband had only made mistakes in his youth. Rachel then said Teresa should watch out because her husband’s exes were spreading plenty of rumors about him. The fight was probably the biggest blow-up yet this season, and Dolores suggested that Rachel “sleep with one eye open” after Teresa left the brunch early.

The women tend to tread lightly around Teresa because you never know what she might say next, but Rachel was done playing nice. She came to her husband’s defense, even if it meant permanently damaging any potential relationship with Teresa — which she also wasn’t worried about, saying that she and Teresa aren’t friends and never will be.
Jennifer Aydin defended Teresa after Rachel pulled out the prison comment, saying it “wasn’t necessary,” though it didn’t seem to stop any conversation between the women. Finally, the food arrived, and Teresa took it as her chance to leave, saying she had to attend her daughter’s volleyball tournament. The episode ended shortly after, so it remains to be seen what damage it may have caused among the group.
