‘RHONY’: Luann de Lesseps Blasts Bethenny Frankel on Tom D’agostino Cheating Photo – ‘Karma’s a B*tch’
Luann de Lesseps from The Real Housewives of New York City blasted Bethenny Frankel for allegedly setting up the “gotcha” photo of ex-husband Tom D’agostino cheating on her at The Regency.
Before they married, Frankel shared a photo with de Lesseps of D’agostino in a liplock with another woman. While devastated, D’agostino and de Lesseps still married. They divorced months later.
But recently, Ramona Singer and Carole Radziwill claimed in the book, “Not All Diamonds and Rosé” that Frankel staged the photo and the whole thing was a setup. De Lesseps said she’s happy that Frankel was exposed for the setup.

De Lesseps said she wasn’t shocked that Frankel was accused of setting up the photo. “No, I wasn’t surprised and you know, karma’s a b*tch,” she said on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast. “That’s all I got to say.”
Radziwill and de Lesseps haven’t been on good terms and shaded each other quite a bit on social media and in the press. But hearing that Radziwill shared that Frankel set her up, does this means de Lesseps and Radziwill could reconcile?
“Well, listen I’m so happy that Carole spoke her truth and you know, I wish her the best,” de Lesseps said. “I mean, I don’t really run into Carole. But you know, I wish her nothing, but, well. No hard feelings, you know? All the Housewives past that are no longer on the show. I mean, I just have a great respect for them and I only wish them well.”
Ramona Singer had her back and their friendship has changed
De Lesseps said her relationship with Singer has also changed for the better. “Well, Ramona, you know, her and I, our relationship has changed significantly over this past couple of years,” she said. “I would say, even during COVID and we checked in with each other a lot.”
“Even this season on the show that you see, we, you know, have a deeper friendship,” she continued. “And so, you know, our relationship has changed and I feel like Ramona really has my back. And I probably see Ramona more than I see anybody else from the show.”
Although Singer and de Lesseps have a stronger relationship, de Lesseps teased that she had the most drama with Singer on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She added, “Her intentions are good, but she just fumbles her words.”

Frankel shot back at Singer and Radziwill’s claims on the RHONY Tom D’Agostino cheating photo. She referred to Radziwill and Singer as “one of who is fired and one of who is about to be fired.” She wondered how she would “set up” the photo in the first place. “How could I set up a photo? Am I in a movie I’m casting? Like, ‘Hey Tom D’Agostino, I’d like to cast you in the role as cheater at the Regency Hotel’?” she said on her Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast (via Page Six).
“So in this case, I’m a casting director that called Tom D’Agostino — who I don’t f**king know — to say, ‘Listen, I know it sounds weird, I just want you to be in a bar and make out with somebody because I have a photographer who’s going to be standing by to take a picture. Then I’m going to give it to everyone on the show,’” she said.
Frankel added, “That’s what really happened in the land of non lala psycho delusional PCP acid trip delusions.”
