‘RHONY’ OG Ramona Singer Mourns Death of Dog Coco and Fellow ‘Real Housewives’ React
Ramona Singer, star of The Real Housewives of New York City, is mourning the death of her dog Coco. Fans of the Bravo series have been known Coco over the years as she was featured as Singer’s companion. Coco was 17 years old at the time of her death and following Singer’s emotional post, an outpour of fellow Real Housewives star shared their condolences.
Ramona Singer says her ‘heart is broken’
After news broke that Coco had died, Singer took to Instagram to share that her beloved pup was gone. During her time on RHONY, Singer was often seen walking Coco around the city as well as taking her around to her different adventures.
“My heart is broken after the passing of my dear little Coco,” Singer shared on Instagram. “Coco was in our lives for 17 years and was like another child to me. She was truly a family member & my sidekick on #RHONY.”
Singer said that “Coco brought so much joy” to her and her family “over the years and will be incredibly missed.”
“I love you so much Coco…your memory will always live on with us,” she ended.
It was Singer’s daughter Avery that initially posted a tribute to Coco on the same social network regarding her death.
“To my Coco Baby who has been by my side for 17.5 years and all the milestones of my life that I can remember – I will treasure our memories forever and my heart is full knowing we had a one-of-a-kind bond,” Avery wrote on Instagram.
She added, “Words can’t describe my love for you. Forever grateful for all of our special memories. I will miss bringing you around in your stroller, purse, and sitting with me at the table. I hope you will have unlimited parmesan cheese…we all love you so much. Rest in Peace, my Sweet Angel.”
Reactions to Coco’s death
After Singer made the touching post following Coco’s death, the support during this difficult time came rushing in on the comment section. Some of her fellow RHONY stars shared their condolences for Singer.
Leah McSweeney said, “I’m so sorry Ramona!!!”
Bershan Shaw added, “Oh noo so sorry darling.”
Tinsley Mortimer: “I’m so sorry Ramona!!! Coco had a beautiful long life and will always be with you. She’s a precious Angel. I’m sure she’s running around and playing with my Bambi, BB, and Bella now.”
Luann de Lesseps: “Oh no, little Coco. She will be missed R. So Sorry. So sorry about your baby. We loved Coco.”
Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey said, “So sorry.”
Kameron Westcott of The Real Housewives of Dallas said, ” Aww I’m so sorry Ramona! hang in there!”

“So very sorry for your loss. May her memory be a blessing for you,” another fan added.

RHONY is currently on a hiatus and Bravo has not confirmed when the show will return.
