‘RHONY’: Ramona Singer Fires Back at Elyse Slaine After Shady Bombshell on Why She Can’t Find a Man
Ramona Singer of The Real Housewives of New York City continues to be the center of drama among her co-stars. The reality TV personality is in the middle of a feud with long-time friend Elyse Slaine. Since the latter joined the Bravo show as a friend, they have fallen out of their friendship. After Slaine, with the help of Leah McSweeney, posted a shady video about Singer, the latter is firing back.
How did Elyse Slaine shade Ramona Singer?
Slaine joined RHONY as an unofficial friend during season 12 of the show. Her tie to the cast was through Singer, the last OG of the reality series. However, something happened in their friendship that they are now feuding on social media as the series airs on Bravo.
As a way of getting extra income from their TV fame, many reality stars sign up for Cameo. The app facilitates fans getting personalized messages from celebrities for a fee. Someone requested a Cameo from Slaine and she dropped some truth bombs.
“Ramona with, ‘I’ve got 50 best friends,'” Slaine started in the video mocking Singer. “Guess what b***h? Now she’s down to 49 because I am out.”
“You want a little tea on Ramona? Wait till you hear why she says she can’t meet a man… listen to what she says,” Slaine added while cuing in McSweeney. “I have a friend who wants to give you a little tea on why Ramona can’t meet a man.”
“She sh**s during sex,” McSweeney said as Slaine laughs in shock about the truth bomb she just dropped.
Ramona Singer fires back
The video of Slaine and McSweeney has been shared across social media by various Housewives blogs. It wasn’t long before Singer caught it and as outspoken as she is, she fired back at both of her co-stars.
“There is absolutely no truth to this,” she said clarifying that she doesn’t poop during intercourse. “These girls are blatantly lying to create fake news in order to try and gain their own fame. It is very sad, immature, and quite frankly mean girl behavior. “[They] both have daughters and Nicole Slaine is a family friend. What example are they sending them… that bullying is acceptable…”
In the same Instagram conversation, McSweeney replied to Singer defending her daughter.
“OK geriatric Regina George aka Miss All Lives Matter,” McSweeney started. “Don’t worry about the example I set for my daughter. She has an open mind and heart, treats all with respect, doesn’t see people or treat people as ‘less than,’ sees every race,r religion, sexuality as equal. Elyse was [your] actual friend (no idea why). You don’t deserve Elyse. OH HELL NO BI***!”
Why are Ramona Singer and Elyse Slaine feuding?
On RHONY, Slaine and Singer have become distant but the reason for their fallout is not entirely obvious. Slaine acknowledged earlier this year that she wasn’t as close to Singer as she once was.
“Ramona and I did have a falling out midseason,” Slaine told Heavy. “We have not spoken. We have mutual friends who are trying to get the two of us to sit down and have a talk. I honestly don’t know what the falling out was about.”
Although Slaine doesn’t know the real reason Singer is not friendly with her anymore, she has a hunch as to why it happened.
“I guess she had second thoughts about having me on the show but I never understood what the issue was because I felt like I consistently had her back on the show, so I don’t know why she started having second thoughts about it,” Slaine added.
