Robyn and Kody Brown are Selling Their Flagstaff Home
There have been some large developments in the Sister Wives world ahead of the season 19 premiere. Kody Brown is making real estate moves again. The father of 18 and Sister Wives star recently rid himself of three out of four wives. Now, he’s ready to sell off a house that caused serious and significant tension in his once-plural family. In a shocking move, Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have listed their Flagstaff, Arizona home for sale.
Kody and Robyn Brown’s Flagstaff mansion has been listed for sale
Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have listed their Flagstaff, Arizona home for sale after just five years in the expansive home. The property, which offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across over 4,000 square feet of living space, has been listed for $1.6 million. According to Zillow, the listing is active as of Aug. 29. The home includes several living spaces and two acres of land.
Kody and Robyn purchased the home in 2019 for $890,000. Meir Brown and Janelle Brown both put in money to help Kody and Robyn secure the home. While they put in money to help with the down payment, neither was particularly welcomed in the space, especially once the pandemic settled in. Meri appeared to have been in the home only a handful of times between 2019 and 2023 when she moved away from Flagstaff following the end of her marriage. Janelle seemed to spend even less time inside Kody and Robyn’s love shack. She has since moved on from Flagstaff, too. Janelle is living on the East Coast.
Kody and Robyn initially opted to purchase the home after the rental they were staying in was sold. Robyn insisted she wanted to look for another rental property, but Kody was set on purchasing a home for Robyn and the five children they share together. Kody almost exclusively stayed with Robyn during the final years of his polygamy journey. As a monogamist, he now lives full-time with Robyn Brown, their three adult children, and two minor children.
Where are Robyn and Kody Brown going now?
Robyn Brown long insisted that Flagstaff, Arizona, would be her forever home. “Forever” lasted just six years. While the couple has yet to reveal exactly where they plan to move to now that their home is for sale, several rumors about their plans have swirled. Mykelti Padron once suggested her father and his current wife were eventually looking to go somewhere cheaper than Flagstaff.
Some Sister Wives fans believe the father of 18 is planning to move just an hour or so away. In recent months, Robyn and Kody have been spotted out and about in Sedona, Arizona. Sedona, about an hour from their Flagstaff home, isn’t cheap. According to several sources, Sedona real estate is more expensive than Flagstaff real estate. It has also been suggested that the couple settle in Cottonwood, Arizona, but it is also similarly expensive.
Robyn and Kody may be planning to skip out of the state of Arizona entirely and head back to more familiar landscapes. Several Sister Wives fans believe the couple might seriously consider moving back to Utah, a move they shot down when Christine Brown suggested it. The plural Brown family lived in Lehi, Utah, when TV audiences first met them. Meri Brown lives in Parowan, while Christine Brown is back in Lehi.
