Royal Insider Leaks Prince William’s True Thoughts on Prince Harry Someday Attending William’s Coronation: ‘I Have No Doubt’

Prince William will someday be king, but he isn’t on very good terms with his brother. However, a royal insider revealed whether William will want his younger brother to attend his coronation.

Prince William and his younger brother, Prince Harry, were once close. Growing up, they had their sibling differences, but at the end of the day, they were there for each other. After Harry met Meghan Markle and realized he wanted different things than his brother, their sibling relationship crumbled.

These days, William and Harry reportedly don’t speak. But that doesn’t mean they don’t have some level of love for each other. And a royal insider thinks that, when the time comes for William to take the throne, he will extend an invitation for Harry to attend.

Prince William reportedly will want Prince Harry to attend his coronation

When Harry and William were growing up, they couldn’t have guessed that they would end up on such bad terms. Things reportedly unraveled when Harry started dating Meghan and defying William a bit more, and Harry revealed that one argument ended in a physical altercation with his brother.

However, there might still be a little bit of love between the two. At least, that’s what former butler Grant Harrold told 60 Minutes Australia in an interview recently. According to Express, Harrold said he believes Harry will one day receive an invitation for William’s coronation.

“I have no doubt that William would want his brother to be, not so much maybe to play a part in it [his coronation], but certainly to be there,” Harrold said of the potential for William and Harry to reunite in his celebration of becoming king.

“It appears to be he’s [Harry] quite happy with his new life and his way of doing things,” Harrold said. “But in saying that, I still think he would be there to support his brother as he has been for his father.”

Prince William and Prince Harry have a long way before a reconciliation

Harry and William haven’t been on good terms in years, and it doesn’t look like things are close to getting any better. There have been a number of difficult events over the past year that many people thought would bring the brothers together, but they didn’t. And unfortunately, that’s not a good sign.

King Charles and Kate Middleton both went through cancer diagnoses, Harry and his wife launched the first-ever Winter Invictus Games and a number of new business ventures, yet neither side seemed to have any great desire to spend extra time with the other. Eventually, it’s possible that William and Harry will put away their differences and come together for peace. Maybe one day the Wales and Sussex children will spend a holiday together. However, at this point, it’s hard to imagine it.
