Rumor Has It Adele and Harry Styles Are About to Drop a Song Together and Fans Are Freaking out Again
Ever since Adele was spotted hanging out with Harry Styles in January, fans started wondering if the two would get in the studio together. Well, once again, rumors are swirling that the duo is collaborating on a new single, and fans are freaking out — with a little more caution this time around.
Adele and Harry Style were reportedly vacationing together in Anguilla
Back in January, Adele and Styles were spotted in Anguilla together. They were reportedly on vacation with The Late Late Show host James Corden. The two were photographed dining together at a beachside restaurant, with Adele donning a polka-dot dress and red scarf, and Styles in a gray Mickey Mouse t-shirt.
Neither of them shared any information about their island getaway. But immediately after seeing their pictures, fans began speculating that the musicians may be working on a project together.
“Harry and Adele said ‘let’s save the music industry’ and decided to spend vacations together,” one fan joked on Twitter.
“Being teased with the concept of a Harry and Adele collab simply by knowing that they’re friends and currently in Anguilla together hurts so good,” another fan tweeted at the time.
Harry Styles shut down rumors in March
In early March, just a few weeks before COVID-19 shutdowns went into effect, Styles paid a visit to Howard Stern’s Sirius XM radio show. The singer brought along his band and sang a beautiful cover of Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer.”
When Stern asked Styles about collaborating with other musicians, the pop star said he’d rather things work out organically and not be forced. And when the radio host asked him about a rumored collab with Adele, Styles completely denied it.
“No. I feel like that’s just any time two musicians hang out,” Styles said. “Either they’re dating or they’re recording together.”

Once again, rumors are swirling that Adele and Styles are working together. This time, the speculation is that they are collaborating on a new track for Adele’s upcoming album.
A Harry Style Update account on Twitter posted the message, “Rumor: Harry and Adele are going to release a song together!” on June 6. The tweet was shared over 3000 times within just a few hours with over 13,000 likes.
“@Harry_Styles and @Adele are rumored to have a song together – possibly for Adele’s highly-anticipated album,” another fan account tweeted. “Are you here for it?”
Some fans jumped on the accounts’ announcements with excitement. But after getting burned once before, others took the rumors with more caution.
“I know it’s a complete rumor, but imagine Harry’s first ever collab, that too with Adele,” one fan tweeted. “I [sic] probably won’t make it out.”
“If Harry and Adele do end up collabing yall that is gonna be the end of me,” another fan wrote on Twitter. “I will never shut up about it like ever.”
“This would be iconic,” another Twitter user shared. “But where did this rumor come from bc I don’t wanna clown again.”
Adele could sing the phone book and it would just sound amazing, and Harry Styles sultry vocals could make even the coldest hearts swoon. So, just imagining the two making music together is spine chilling. All of this is pure speculation, but who knows, it could be the pleasant surprise 2020 needs.
