Though they certainly haven’t been hiding their relationship, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have been more public than ever before when it comes to showcasing their love and affection for one another. Though the model and Flip it Like Disick star have been dating since 2017, they’ve managed to keep their romance fairly lowkey.

However, in 2019, it became clear that the pair were willing to share more intimate details of their long-term relationship. Richie appeared on several episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians where we saw her interactions with Disick and the mother of his children, Kourtney Kardashian.

Now, Disick has recently started following his live-in girlfriend on Instagram and the pair have been more publically flirty than ever before.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie might get engaged soon

Though many people were hesitant about their relationship when it first began considering their 15-year age difference and the fact that Disick its a father of three, it appears that things are going very well for Disick and Richie.

In fact, things are so serious that there have been engagement whispers. “They’ve talked seriously about getting engaged,” an insider told US Weekly.

However, it appears that Disick wants to make sure Kourtney Kardashian is happy as well. “Scott loves Sofia and feels that marriage and children are a thing down the line but Scott would feel more comfortable for all that to happen if Kourtney would be married before them,” an insider explained to Hollywood Life. ” He doesn’t want it to look like an excuse even though some might feel that it is absolutely an excuse. Its just Scott‘s frame of mind and will likely determine his future with Sofia in the marriage and children department.”

Since they don’t live their lives completely on social media, Disick actually never followed Richie on Instagram. However, he decided to change that in the new year.

“Scott realized how much social media is a part of Sofia’s life and she’s such a big part of his life so he decided it was important to follow her,” the source alleged. “Scott loves Sofia and if it shows her how much she means to him, then he’s all for something as simple as following her on Instagram. Scott is all about Sofia; making the move to follow her on Instagram speaks volumes about where his heart lies. He is very committed to her and supports whatever she wants to do and he wants the world to know it. Things are very good between them, very chill.”

Not only has Disick started following Richie on Instagram, but he’s also been super lovely and publicly flirty with her on the platform.  “Sofia is super confident in her relationship with Scott, but of course it still feels nice when he drops the occasional sweet comment on her Instagram,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “Sofia sees posting pics together and commenting on each other’s photos as a way of proclaiming their love for each other,” the pal continued. “Sofia loves showing Scott off to the world and she is proud of her man and she loves when he does the same. It’s just another way of professing their love and she appreciates his effort. She thinks it’s really sweet.”

It looks like Disick is at least down to make an effort. “It just got to a point where Sofia really was upset that they haven’t been doing more social pics and videos together so she was hoping that he would do it more,” the insider explained. “And Scott has and he is looking to find an even pace so they are both happy moving along because he really loves her and wants her to be happy!”
