Scott Disick’s Ex Sofia Richie Unfollowed Him and Kourtney Kardashian on Instagram–Here’s Why
Sofia Richie recently proved she’s ready to cut all ties with Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian.
Richie and Disick called their relationship quits in June 2020 after spending three years together. Although there was hope the two would get back together early in the breakup, Richie is seemingly not interested in maintaining a friendship with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars.
On Monday, October 5, 2020, Richie caught her fans’ attention when she unfollowed Disick on Instagram. Additionally, the model no longer follows Disick’s ex and his three children’s mother, Kardashian.
Sofia Richie unfollowed Scott Disick after he was seen out with model Bella Banos
Since ending his long-term relationship with Richie, Disick has been seeing another woman, model Bella Banos. The two were spotted at Nobu recently, and Banos has reportedly been in Disick’s life for quite some time.

Before he and Richie got together, Disick and Banos were dating exclusively. The then-20-year-old model spoke to InTouch Weekly about the relationship in 2017. At the time, she was seen with Disick in Costa Rica while he was filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians. While Disick was with his ex and her family, Banos said at the time that she didn’t feel intimidated by the relationship because she felt Disick was committed to her.
“Scott calls me his girl, and we have said ‘I love you,'” Banos shared. “At first, Scott was just my friend. But he got to know me on a different level. We’re super connected.”

Throughout their relationship, Richie and Disick faced multiple hurdles. The one factor that came up on several occasions was their 15-year age difference. Reports often claimed that Richie, 22, felt she was too young to deal with Disick’s, 33, past relationship with Kardashian. She reportedly wasn’t prepared to be a stepmother to Disick’s three children- Mason, 10, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 5.

In addition to not feeling prepared for parenthood, Richie also reportedly grew tired of forming a bond with Kardashian. She reportedly became jealous of Disick and Kardashian’s relationship, and it escalated toward the end of Richie’s time with Disick. Richie also clandestinely unfollowed Kardashian in February 2020.
“Tension between Kourtney and Sofia got weird toward the end of Sofia and Scott’s relationship,” a source shared with Us Weekly. “Sofia was getting mad that Scott was spending so much time with Kourtney.”
Sofia Richie and Scott Disick are reportedly ‘no longer speaking’
While Richie’s decision to unfollow Disick might come as a surprise to her fans, it reportedly won’t phase Disick. After they tried to mend their relationship in summer 2020, E! News shared that after Disick entered rehab earlier this year, he decided to focus more on his children and businesses. Richie, however, was still interested in being out and about.

Although the couple is known for their on-again, off-again relationship, a source confirmed to the outlet they’re over indefinitely.
“They have been off and on for two months,” the insider shared. “Sofia really pushed to make things work between them after they initially broke up, but Scott officially called it off recently, and they are no longer speaking. Scott was very clear with his decision to end things and doesn’t see them getting back together again in the future.”
