Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back against claims about his “freak off” parties. For months, stories have circulated about the parties while Combs sits in a Brooklyn jail. Recently, Combs and his lawyers have claimed that video footage of the parties obtained by the prosecution proves Combs’ innocence.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs denied that videos of his freak offs show anything nonconsensual

Amid allegations of rape and abuse at his “freak off” parties, Combs is claiming that everything was consensual. They claim that video footage shows that Combs was in a consensual relationship with Victim-1.

“Far from the government’s lurid descriptions, the videos show adults having consensual sex, plain and simple,” claims a letter to the judge in Combs’ defense (via Deadline). “At bottom, this case is about whether Victim-I was or was not a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was.”

In the letter, they denied most of the allegations made against Combs. They reaffirmed their claim that everything that happened during Combs’ parties was consensual and between adults.

“There is no evidence of any violence, coercion, threats, or manipulation whatsoever,” the letter continued, adding, “There is no evidence that anyone is incapacitated or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. There is certainly no evidence of sex trafficking.”

According to NBC News, Combs’ attorneys say the tapes “confirm Mr. Combs’ innocence” by showing “fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.”

He denied Cassie Ventura’s allegations before video footage surfaced

In 2024, video footage of Combs violently attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, surfaced. He issued an apology, saying he would take full responsibility for his actions.

“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f***ed up — I mean, I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses,” Combs said, per NBC News. “My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted.”

The apology only came after proof of the attack surfaced, however. He initially denied all of Ventura’s allegations.

“When Cassie and multiple other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that his victims were looking for a payday,” her attorney Meredith Firetog said. “That he was only compelled to ‘apologize’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his disingenuous words.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ party planner spoke about the freak offs

Combs’ former party planner gave some insight into what occurred at his parties. They claimed that he put mirrors on nearly every surface

“Everywhere you looked, you’d see yourself reflected again and again,” the planner told the New York Post. “You can imagine what it would look like when people are naked and having sex on the floor, on the couches, wherever.”

“It was definitely a vibe he wanted to put out there, that everywhere you looked there would be sex happening,” they said. “It was wall-to-wall debauchery.”
