After Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest this fall, many people have come forward with stories about his parties. Among these people are party planners who worked with Diddy. One spoke about the strictly enforced dress code for women, and another described the way Diddy decorated his home for his “freak offs.” They claimed that there were mirrors all over the home so that everything that went on was visible.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ parties were packed with mirrored surfaces

According to one of Diddy’s party planners, the artist mounted mirrors on the walls and ceilings for his parties.

“Everywhere you looked, you’d see yourself reflected again and again,” they alleged to the New York Post. “You can imagine what it would look like when people are naked and having sex on the floor, on the couches, wherever.”

He reportedly took the mirrors down after his parties. They were specifically in place to curate a certain atmosphere. He also admitted to locking doors and turning off the air conditioning to achieve the vibe he wanted.

“It was definitely a vibe he wanted to put out there, that everywhere you looked there would be sex happening,” they said. “It was wall-to-wall debauchery.”

The mirrors reportedly added up to the exorbitant cost of throwing these parties.

“They cost about $500,000 per party,” the planner said. “This is for both the mainstream part, and then the sex party afterwards.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs spoke about why some people might feel intimidated at his parties

Even before he landed in legal trouble, Diddy acknowledged that his parties were not for everyone.

“Whenever you bring up a different element into people’s environment, things that broaden people’s horizons, people get intimidated,” he said, per Vibe Magazine. “It’s a lot of people out there that feel intimidated by it … It’s cool.”

He believed this feeling of intimidation in some guests meant that he was throwing a good party.

“It doesn’t make me feel any way special,” he said, adding, “It doesn’t make me feel like a bigger person. It just makes me feel like I know how to throw a party.”

Neighbors called the police multiple times

Those who lived near Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion called the police on him 14 times in seven years. Neighbors recalled raucous parties that stretched well into the morning. One neighbor recounted her sightings of dazed looking women wandering around outside the home.

“For six or seven years it was just parties, parties, parties,” the neighbor told the BBC. She added that she saw women “coming out and sitting down on the street, they didn’t know where they were.”

She added that these women looked “lost” and that “their underwear was showing.” Diddy is currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial.
