‘Seeking Sister Wife’: Dimitri and Ashley Snowden Are Dating Two Women at the Same Time
Seeking Sister Wife Season 3 is returning to TLC and Discovery+ on Mon., Mar. 22, at 8 p.m. EST. Among the five polygamous couples looking for a sister wife to add to their plural families on the popular reality TV series are Dimitri and Ashley Snowden, who have appeared on all three seasons of Seeking Sister Wife.
After their breakup from Vanessa Cobbs, whom they had a joint wedding with last season, it looks like Dimitri and Ashley haven’t given up on practicing polygamy. Here’s what to expect from them on the upcoming season premiere of Seeking Sister Wife.
Vanessa Cobbs ended her marriage to Dimitri and Ashley Snowden
The Snowdens have been married for 11 years and live in Los Angeles. They have three children and have always agreed on practicing polygamy – specifically polygyny, when a man marries more than one woman. They don’t practice polygamy for religious purposes, but they see it as an effective way of building a family.
On the first season of Seeking Sister Wife, Ashley and Dimitri ended their potential relationship with Joselyn because of trust issues. Dimitri and Joselyn slept together early on, and Ashley didn’t appreciate that her potential sister wife didn’t let her know.
However, they continued to court another woman – Vanessa, a free-spirited woman who adapted to their dietary and spiritual expectations. They held a ceremony for their family and friends to celebrate Dimitri’s marriage to his spiritual wife, Vanessa, on Seeking Sister Wife Season 2. But soon after the season ended, Vanessa announced that she had left the Snowdens, and polygamy, behind.

In one sneak peek of the upcoming season of Seeking Sister Wife, Dimitri lamented the loss of his relationship with Vanessa.
“Ashley and I have always wanted a plural family, and the day that we found Vanessa and we married her, we thought that was it,” he said. “But that’s not what happened.”
Still, Dimitri and Ashley continued to have hope for their future as a plural family. In fact, they announced that they were courting not one, but two women at the same time – a rare choice even among polygamists.
“After we divorced, not only did we heal, but we are courting two women at the same time,” Ashley told producers.

Dimitri and Ashley’s potential additions to the family this season are Tayler, a henna artist from Atlanta, and Christeline, a single mom from South Africa. And it looks like they’ll all have their hands full with the courtships. Dimitri seemed to be getting cozy with both women in TLC’s trailer for Seeking Sister Wife Season 3.
In the Seeking Sister Wife trailer, Tayler seemed to shock Ashley a bit by speaking frankly about her sexual preferences as a member of a polygamous household.
“Speaking of sharing, we already set the D schedule,” Tayler said. “I like it in the morning. Christeline can be getting D in the night.”
“That’s kind of scary to think about,” a somewhat surprised Ashley admitted in the trailer.
The new dynamic is sure to shake things up in the Snowden household on the upcoming season of Seeking Sister Wife.
