Chelsea Lazkani joins the cast of ‘Selling Sunset’ in season 5
In season 4, Jason and Brett Oppenheim brought Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela on as real estate agents. But in the season 5 trailer, another realtor is vying for a desk at the esteemed brokerage.
Chelsea Lazkani has been in real estate since 2017. According to her Zillow page, the “British Native was raised in a ‘real estate family.’”
Her bio continues: “Chelsea specializes in all aspects of the real estate business, whether it be educating first-time buyers on lay of the land to finding the most optimum plot of land for her developer clientele. Her hard work, passion, and charisma [have] helped her reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise.” In the past, Chelsea worked for Rodeo Realty, the agency that previously employed Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg.
Amanza Smith says fans will love the new cast addition in season 5
During a Zoom call with the Selling Sunset star, we had to ask about the newcomer to the series. “I love Chelsea,” Amanza admitted. “I think everyone’s going to love Chelsea. She’s a little firecracker.”
As Amanza described, Chelsea is “tiny as a little thimble” but mighty. “She’s got a big voice and she’s really smart,” the reality star said of her colleague. “She’s beautiful, a mom, a hard worker, [and] a force.”
Amanza concluded: “She’s just really special and I hope the world loves her as much as we do at the office.”
‘Selling Sunset’ fans rejoice over Chelsea Lazkani joining the Netflix series
When news of Chelsea joining the Netflix reality show first came out, many viewers were excited. “Yay, more diversity! I’m here for it!” said one Redditor.
“I love her already!” said another Reddit user. “Can’t wait to see her with the rest of the cast. Hope she brings in some British sass!”
Like many fans, Amanza is excited about the Selling Sunset cast becoming more diverse in season 5. During our call, Amanza admitted she is happy to have another “ethnic sister” in the group.
Chelsea is “beyond thrilled” to be part of the cast, too. “The secret is OUT!” she wrote in an Instagram caption. “I’m beyond thrilled to announce that I have joined the cast of @netflix Selling Sunset! So grateful for everyone involved, the list is long and you know who you are. The laughs, the lux, the drama, it’s all there in season 5 and I can’t wait for you all to see it!”
