‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4: Mary Fitzgerald Recently Sold $5 Million Listing Ahead of New Season
Fans can’t wait to see the cast get together for Selling Sunset Season 4. Mary Fitzgerald is a fan favorite from the show. And she’s known as one of the most amicable and loved members in the series. But it seems Mary’s Selling Sunset coworkers at the Oppenheim Group might have something to say about her recent $5 million listing she sold. Here’s what’s going on with Mary ahead of the new season.
Mary Fitzgerald will join the cast of ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4
Despite all the drama in past seasons of the Netflix series, Mary’s Selling Sunset coworkers seem to adore and confide in her. But that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been part of major drama in the past. Mary’s relationship with her husband, Romain Bonnet, was constantly questioned by others in the Oppenheim Group due to Romain’s much younger age. And those who’ve kept up with the show know Mary used to date Jason Oppenheim. This led some of her friends to believe she gets special treatment from the twin owners while at work.
Despite all the tough times of the past, we still anticipate seeing Mary on Selling Sunset Season 4. She’s even started talking about what’s to come for the show. This includes new ladies at the Oppenheim Group, Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela.
“We’ve all become very close,” Mary told Digital Spy about the newcomers. “They’re absolutely stunning women and 95% of the time, it’s been an absolute joy.”
Mary Fitzgerald allegedly sold a $5 million listing prior to the season starting
Mary’s Selling Sunset stardom might be helping her out with her job. Ahead of the Selling Sunset Season 4 premiere, eagle-eyed Reddit fans noticed Mary’s busy putting in the work to sell multimillion-dollar homes. A Reddit user posted an article from the Los Angeles Times that showed the selling of the $5 million listing held by Jason and Mary. The home originally belonged to music artists Selena Gomez and French Montana.
“It’s 8,600 square feet, six bedrooms, it has a pool, and is just beautiful throughout,” Mary explained in a clip about the house, according to People. The Los Angeles Times article explains Montana made $1.7 million more than he paid when he bought the property in 2016.
So, will the other Selling Sunset cast members care about Mary’s big sale? According to fans, they believe Mary might get backlash from her co-workers. But they expect her success will lead to even more listings.
“I mean, it sold, and they got double commission from repping both parties,” a fan commented. “If she keeps getting the job done she’s gonna get listings.”
When is ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4 coming out?
Fans want to know when Selling Sunset Season 4 is coming out. So far, Netflix hasn’t given an official release date. But several Selling Sunset cast members have left clues.
Davina Potratz is one cast member fans love to hate, and she noted in July 2021 that the show has “a few more months to go” before they’re finished with filming. “Currently, we are on a short break but not even close to done filming — we have a few more months to go,” she told Express.co.uk.
With more months of filming left, fans will be lucky to see the new season before the end of 2021. We’re hopeful we’ll get to see the premiere before 2022 — and we can’t wait to see what happens with Mary’s listings on Selling Sunset, too.
