‘Shahs of Sunset’ Season 8: MJ Javid’s Husband Says of Reza Farahan, ‘I Wanted to Break His Legs’
Shahs of Sunset Season 8 is slated to premiere on February 9 at 9 p.m., and it looks like it’s going to be an absolutely wild ride. Just in case fans didn’t believe Reza Farahan when he called Season 8 ‘insanity,’ the newly released trailer is available for fans, who will likely come to the same conclusion.
One ongoing feud has been between former besties Farahan and Mercedes “MJ” Javid, as well as her husband, Tommy Feight. In the trailer, fans receive a small look into what they can expect when it comes to the feud, plus some aggressive words from Feight.
What went down with Reza Farahan and Tommy Feight?
After an explosive act of vandalism against Reza Farahan, Tommy Feight is officially on a three-year restraining order taken out by Farahan.
Based on the trailer for Season 8 of Shahs of Sunset, it seems as if Feight invaded Farahan’s property, and smashed a potted plant against his fence. In the trailer, Feight says, “I broke a plant. I wanted to break his legs.”
In court documents obtained by The Blast, Farahan claimed, “At 2:18 p.m. on 5/19 he called and threatened my life by phone and at 2:34 p.m. he vandalized our home.”
It seems as if Tommy Feight’s actions were motivated by Reza Farahan used social media to complain about MJ Javid. Farahan claims that Feight showed up with a baseball bat at his house when the vandalism occurred.
It’s unclear why exactly MJ Javid and Reza Farahan are fighting
At one point in the Shahs of Sunset trailer, Reza Farahan says of MJ Javid, “Tragic was the death of our friendship.”
Moments later, the trailer flashes back to Farahan telling Javid, “We’re blood. Nothing can ever get between this bond.”
There seem to be two separate perspectives on what exactly went down between the two. One source told People, “Before she went into the hospital everything was fine between Reza and her, but during the time that she was in ICU and intubated, Reza blocked her on social media and never reached out once.”
MJ Javid’s main complaint seems to be that Farahan did not tend to her in any way while she was in the hospital. In the trailer, she yells, “I don’t like being left dead in the hospital!”
Meanwhile, it seems as if Farahan’s beef is with MJ Javid supposedly spreading rumors that his marriage with Adam Farahan was in trouble.
Farahan told People, “I can never be friends with her again, because first she sent her little minion to come do her dirty work, then, in my opinion she sent her husband to come vandalize my property and threaten my life.”
Reza Farahan says Season 8 of ‘Shahs of Sunset’ is ‘insanity’
Reza Farahan seems to be acutely aware of just how wild Season 8 of Shahs of Sunset gets.
“It’s not the juiciest season yet, I think it’s going to be the juiciest season of any show on Bravo ever. Period. It’s insanity!” Farahan told Life & Style.
He added, “Oh my God. Literally, this was the hardest summer of my entire life. There were so many fires and explosions. I cried, screamed, I literally — lunatic status. It was insanity and I don’t ever want to go through it again, but it’s been memorialized, I understand, on film.”
