The Things continues down the list and notes Madisson’s net worth stands around $600,000, Garrett Miller’s net worth is around $500,000, Juliette’s net worth is around $400,000, and Brandon Gomes’ and Chloe’s is around $200,000.
So, who is richer — Alex, or Juliette’s newer boyfriend, Sam Logan? According to Juliette, Sam’s family has even more money than Alex’s. It’s likely Sam’s family has over $100 million thanks to Sam’s mother inheriting part of the Scripps Network.
Alex Kompothecras’ wealthy father helped kickstart the show
The Siesta Key cast might not even have a show without Alex and his wealthy father. Alex’s father, Gary Kompothecras, created 1-800-ASK-GARY. The company assists those who are in need of medical help after automobile accidents.
“For over a decade, more than 200,000 people have called 1-800-ASK-GARY for their auto accident and injury needs,” the website for the company reads. “1-800-Ask-Gary is a free 24/7 auto accident and injury helpline.”
It seems Gary’s done quite well, as he was able to fund the pilot episode of Siesta Key out of pocket. He reportedly paid the network $140,000 for Alex and his friends to get started, and Alex later pitched the idea to MTV. MTV ran with it and spent $4 million on the first season. And, as we know, it was a hit, though Alex is no longer a part of the series.
How much does the cast of ‘Siesta Key’ make per season?
So, how much does the Siesta Key cast make per season of the show? While MTV hasn’t come forward with any numbers directly, users on Reddit have an idea. According to a Reddit user, the cast makes $20,000 per episode. The user also included that Juliette make $400,000 per year. If this is the case, then it’s likely the cast’s net worths have grown significantly over time and they’re richer than the numbers currently listed.
We can’t forget that the show was just the beginning for the careers of a few of these young professionals. In addition to their own business ventures, many of them have become quite famous on Instagram. CNBC notes influencers who have over 1 million followers can make over $250,000 per Instagram post if they represent a brand. Juliette currently has 739,000 followers.
