Sister Wives viewers are furious at Robyn Brown, whom they have nicknamed “Sobbin Robyn,” for what appears to be her criticism of fellow sister wife Christine’s decision to leave their polygamist family. Robyn drew viewers’ ire on the heels of an Instagram video teasing scenes from the upcoming Sister Wives Tell-All. Fans agreed in the comments section of the post they believe Robyn is savvier than she seems.

“She isn’t the naive crybaby she appears to be,” they claim and suspect there is more to the family’s split than has been revealed in the series.

This season of ‘Sister Wives’ broke open the longstanding cracks within the Brown family

Whatever relationship issues existed between the members of the Brown family, including patriarch Kody and his four wives: Christine, Janelle, Robyn, and Meri, were exposed even further due to the separation placed on the clan due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

Strict rules enforced by Kody led two of the three women to believe he had taken his caution a bit too far.

Both Janelle and Christine, who had children that lived out of state, traveled to visit their extended brood. This irritated Kody, who felt they should adhere to his strict guidelines or the family would continue to live separately.

Kody spent much of quarantine living at Robyn’s home, leaving Meri alone in her own home. Both of these women adhered to their husband’s wishes.

However, Christine believed Kody took things a bit too far, mainly when he would not accompany her and their daughter Ysabel to New Jersey for her complicated spinal surgery. A subsequent conversation revealed that Kody no longer wanted an intimate relationship with Christine. That was the final straw for his third wife.

Christine announced in Nov. 2021 via Instagram that she and Kody had split.

Viewers said they’re furious at Robyn Brown for appearing to criticise Christine’s decision during ‘Sister Wives’ Tell-All

In the comments section of a new video teasing upcoming episodes of Sister Wives: Tell-All posted to TLC’s Instagram page, fans showed their fury at Robyn Brown for what appeared to be her reaction to Christine deciding to leave their polygamist family.

They called her “Sobbin Robyn” in their statements.

“Sobbin’ Robyn. I saw someone refer to her like that in comments a few weeks ago, and I went back to watch earlier seasons, and it’s so damn true. She stays crying,” wrote one Instagram follower of the network.

“It’s all fake because she got just what she wants, him all to herself. She is such a liar when she says I didn’t sign up for have Kody to myself,” a second viewer penned.

“Maybe Robyn is scared that he will get new wives now who are younger than her, and she won’t be the fav anymore. Oh, I do hope that happens,” exclaimed a third fan.

“She isn’t the naive cry baby she appears to be,” claimed a fourth follower of the series.
