‘Snooki & JWoww’: Where Can Fans Watch the ‘Jersey Shore’ Spinoff?
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley are arguably the two best friends to come out of Jersey Shore. In 2012, the MTV duo got their own spinoff series, Snooki & JWoww. Like Jersey Shore reruns, many fans are into rewatching Farley and Polizzi’s spinoff. Here’s where fans can watch reruns of “Snooki” and “JWoww’s” adventures.
‘Snooki & JWoww’ got a ‘Jersey Shore’ spinoff
Pauly DelVecchio was the first Jersey Shore star to get a spinoff series with The Pauly D Project, but it didn’t take long for MTV to recognize others’ potential.
Snooki & JWoww ran from June 21, 2012 until February 4, 2015. The four-season spinoff followed Polizzi and Farley in a Laverne & Shirley-like fashion as they planned Polizzi’s wedding and welcomed their firstborn children. Jersey Shore producer SallyAnn Salsano and 495 Productions were behind the project.

Thanks to Jersey Shore‘s loyal fan base, Snooki & JWoww took off. The premiere of the series had 2.4 million viewers and a 1.1 rating among adults 18-49, according to The Hollywood Reporter. While the ratings were nowhere near what Jersey Shore was getting at the time and viewership was less than DelVecchio’s spinoff, Farley and Polizzi had a blast making the show — so much so that Polizzi wants to do it again.
While discussing her exit from Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Polizzi mentioned her desire to work with Farley on future projects.
“I would love to do something with Jenni again,” Polizzi told HelloGiggles in April 2020. “Just because filming Snooki & Jwoww, our spinoff from Jersey Shore a while ago was the fun-est show ever.”
‘Jersey Shore’ fans love reruns
In a discussion on Reddit, Jersey Shore fans talked about how they often turn to the series as a source of comfort.
“Jersey Shore was my show as a teen,” a fan shared on Reddit. “It was something I looked forward to when I had a rough week in high school.” Tuning in to Jersey Shore allows this fan to “forget about everything.”
Like the original series, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation brings the same level of comfort to this fan. “It’s definitely nothing like the original of course,” they said, adding that they prefer reruns of the original series, which ran from 2009 to 2012.
“This year doesn’t seem to be getting any better, but as soon as I sit down and watch [Jersey Shore], I still feel a sense of comfort — it’s like I’m a teen again and it’s 2010,” they concluded.
Similarly, many fans seek comfort from the other spinoffs Jersey Shore created, including Snooki & JWoww.
