‘Southern Charm’: Landon Clements Makes Shocking Claim About Kathryn Dennis
Kathryn Dennis is one of the most recognizable stars of Southern Charm. Not many remember but Dennis was not one of the original cast members. The red-head became a full-timer until the second season, the same one where Landon Clements joined as well. Both stars clashed during their time together and now Clements is making a shocking allegation about Dennis.
How did the feud between Landon Clements and Kathryn Dennis start?
Dennis was fire right from her few appearances during the initial season of Southern Charm. Her romance with Thomas Ravenel would prove to be captivating to viewers due to their toxicity. After going back and forth, Ravenel and Dennis had a baby together, shocking viewers. When Clements joined in the second season, she quickly clashed with Dennis.
Clements and Ravenel formed a friendship and many believed there was some sort of flirtation between them. Dennis and Ravenel continued to feud and have a rocky relationship. They would soon reveal that Dennis was pregnant once again despite their on-and-off-again status.
What claim is Landon Clements making?
Clements left the show after three seasons and has not been featured again. However, the former Bravo star is seemingly up-to-date with all the drama and recently spilled hot tea. Clements alleged that Dennis only became pregnant to stay on the show.
”[Kathryn] had two children to be on a show,” Clements said on a recent episode of Behind the Velvet Rope With David Yontef podcast.
The shocking revelation came before slamming Dennis for bringing up on-camera rumors that former cast member Cameran Eubanks’ husband was having an affair.
“[Kathryn] hasn’t really created any sort of life for herself outside of the show and when your whole life is wrapped up in that, then you have to always bring the drama and bring all of this, even if it means like destroying other people,” Clements added.
Kathryn Dennis still has drama with Thomas Ravenel
Dennis ended up having two kids with Ravenel but they were never able to work out in a relationship. Although Dennis had hopes that she could still form a family with the former U.S. Senate hopeful and their children, there was a revelation this year. Ravenel recently welcomed his third child, but this time it wasn’t with Dennis, it was with another woman.
“Thomas got a girl pregnant and she’s having the baby. I just found out. It’s happening,” Dennis told her friend Danni Baird in an episode of Southern Charm while also revealing the woman was six or seven months pregnant.
News of Ravenel having a baby was shocking to Dennis as she thought they were in a better place.
“Thomas is having another baby. I just found out. He confirmed it,” Dennis later told her group of friends. “I’m asking him, ‘Why wouldn’t you tell me?’ He’s like, ‘Why would I?’ Because they’ll have a sibling, hello.”
Ravenel later confirmed he didn’t want to tell Dennis because he didn’t want it leaked to the press.
“I didn’t say anything to Kathryn because I didn’t want the entire world to find out within 12 hours, because I knew she would tell everybody,” Ravenel reportedly told All About The Tea.
