‘Southern Charm’: Madison LeCroy Goes Fishing After She Reportedly Came Between Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez
What do you do when you’ve been named as the reason for a major Hollywood breakup? Go fishing, of course. Madison LeCroy from Southern Charm shared photos and videos of an early morning fishing trip after she was reportedly the reason why Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez split.
LeCroy shared video munching on pizza before dawn as she geared up for an offshore fishing tournament with a friend. Other than the brief video and photos, LeCroy has remained silent about the split.
How is Madison LeCroy involved in the Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez split?
Initial reports indicated that Rodriguez and Lopez ended their engagement. But then an unnamed source told Page Six that LeCroy was the reason for the breakup. “The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they finally broke up,” according to the source. “There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed by it.”
However, E! contradicts the Page Six report, sharing that their own unnamed source denied that LeCroy was the reason for the breakup. The source said the couple was having issues long before LeCroy came into the picture.
LeCroy’s link to Rodriguez bubbled to the surface during the Southern Charm Season 7 reunion. Craig Conover accused LeCroy of flying to Miami to f**k a married ex-MLB player. While Rodriguez’s name was not televised, his identity was quickly uncovered, putting LeCroy on the defense. She denied meeting up with Rodriguez but admitted to messaging with him.
However, the E! source said Rodriguez messages with many other women. “Alex has had problem texting girls for years,” the source told E!. “There is no proof that he has moved past the texting flirtation stage, but the evidence had continued piling up and became too much too ignore.”
Alex Rodriguez had Madison LeCroy sign an NDA, Shep Rose says
Southern Charm cast member Shep Rose recently shared that Rodriguez had LeCroy sign an NDA. But somehow the link between the two came up during the reunion.
“I know that there was, like, an NDA signed, which doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore, not worth the price of the paper they’re printed on,” Rose told US Weekly.
“It’s crazy and, you know, mixed emotions about it because I think our show started as fairly normal, humble people … your average small-town, Southern people,” Rose continued. “And now it’s like, you know, DMing baseball stars and stuff and it’s all good. It’s not anybody’s fault, but it’s turned into something a little more cheesy than I would’ve liked, but that was bound to happen.”
Rose acknowledged that Conover was extremely heated during the reunion. Conover was frustrated with the way LeCroy treated Austen Kroll, who had been dating LeCroy but the two have broken up. “Things got out of control on that reunion. Craig [Conover] was not happy and was shot out of a cannon and the accusations started to fly,” Rose said.
