Tamra Judge Calls Current ‘RHOC’ Cast ‘Worst in History’ and Predicts Shakeup
Tamra Judge might not be holding an orange on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 15, but she continues to be in the middle of the drama. The former Bravo star exited the franchise earlier this year after she was not offered a full-time role. However, Judge. has continued to be in the mix of drama with her former co-stars and recently called the current cast the “worst in OC history.”
Why did Tamra Judge leave the show?
Judge was a veteran housewife and held an orange for 12 seasons. As Bravo was looking to shake things up, they cut down her role to three episodes to give her a sendoff. However, Judge declined the offer and ultimately decided to walk away.
“It’s been a wild 12 years but it’s time for me to move on,” Judge wrote on Instagram back in January. “I’m sad to go but I’m very excited about my future. Love you guys.”
Weeks later, Judge talked about what other factors influenced her to drop the reality series. The real estate agent revealed that her ex-husband, Simon Barney, was diagnosed with cancer and she wanted to be there for her family.
“Those three episodes wouldn’t make any sense to me because I am very much a person who is very honest on the show,” Judge said in an interview with People. “At the time, Simon did not want to come forward with it, so I could not talk about it. It didn’t make any sense for me to be like, ‘I’m sorry, I’ve been very busy now, gotta go,’ because it would be a lie. I couldn’t be honest. I couldn’t be real.”
Tamra Judge feuds with Kelly Dodd
Since leaving the show, Judge has continued to feud with Kelly Dodd. The two have traded jabs back and forth on social media. Just recently, Dodd took aim at Judge for being a “liar.”
“Tamra shut up,” Dodd wrote on Instagram. “You got fired because you are a liar. Stop obsessing about the show, you are acting like Gretchen [Rossi]. You don’t even have cable and will work on the show for half price, you told Jeff Lewis. Concentrate on your Pyramid scheme CBD line… you are washed up.”
Judge fired back by sharing Dodd’s response and hinting at filing a lawsuit against her former co-star.
“Well the only thing she got correct is I don’t have cable, I have app TV, the rest is a total lie. I’d be very careful spreading lies about our business,” Judge posted.
Since then, Judge hosted an Instagram Q&A where she allowed her fans to ask her anything. One of her followers asked if she would ever return to RHOC.
“I have very mixed feelings,” she replied on her Instagram Stories that Queens of Bravo captured. “It was a big part of my life for 12 years. Sometimes I miss it, but I’m OK without it. I really enjoy my friendships off camera with some of the ladies.”
However, Judge ended her response with a serious dig at the current cast on the show.
“In my opinion, the current cast is the worst in OC history,” she added. “I definitely see a shakeup coming.”
In addition to Dodd, RHOC Season 15 also featured Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and newbie Elizabeth Vargas.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
