HGTV hasn’t announced a premiere date for Flip or Flop Season 10, but we do know 15 new episodes will arrive sometime in late 2021. The upcoming season will continue to follow exes El Moussa and Anstead as they co-parent their two children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden, while also running their home renovation and flipping business in Southern California.

“Season by season, Flip or Flop grew into a television franchise that is an unstoppable force,” Jane Latman, president, HGTV, said in a statement. “Tarek El Moussa and Christina Anstead are stars who appeal to a wide audience and their triumphs and challenges are real and relatable. Legions of fans continue to watch the evolution of their story to see how they handle whatever life throws at them next.”

The current season of Flip or Flop has been a ratings winner for HGTV. More than 9.3 million viewers have tuned in since new episodes began airing on Oct. 15, according to the network.

New episodes of El Moussa’s and Anstead’s solo TV shows, Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa and Christina on the Coast, will also air in 2021.

Since Flip or Flop premiered in 2013, a lot has changed for El Moussa and Anstead. The couple had a second baby, dealt with El Moussa’s thyroid cancer diagnosis, and went through a messy and public divorce. Anstead remarried and had another child but recently split from her new husband, former Wheeler Dealers host Ant Anstead. Meanwhile, El Moussa found love with Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae Young, to whom he recently became engaged.

El Moussa reflected on his unexpected path in life in a Nov. 5 Instagram post about the Flip or Flop renewal.

“10 years ago I was a broke 29 year old and today and I’m posting this message to millions of people,” he wrote. “You just never know where life is gonna take you …. @christinaanstead and I just started shooting all new episodes of Flip or Flop. It’s been a wild ride and it’s still going!”

El Moussa isn’t the only one who thinks it’s been an intense few years. His ex-wife popped up in the comments, echoing her former husband’s words. “Congrats- a wild ride- no doubt,” Anstead wrote.

Flip or Flop airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV.
