“Taylor has her heart set on a summer wedding,” the insider said. “She’s already narrowed down her picks for her bridal gown and two other designer dresses she wants to wear.”

The source added that Kelce had already “met with a high-end jeweler several times,” so an engagement could happen at any moment. As for the wedding itself, the couple allegedly “agreed on a lavish outdoor ceremony and celebration at her place in Rhode Island. They want to be surrounded by family and close friends.”

“It’ll be her ultimate dream wedding,” the insider added, noting that the couple might use a no-phone policy to keep the ceremony private. “They’ll definitely spare no expense.”

Swift bought the 11,000-square-foot Rhode Island estate on 5.23 acres of land for $17.75 million in 2013. The property boasts eight bedrooms and 700 feet of beachfront, Page Six reports. It also has eight fireplaces, 10 bathrooms, and a massive pool. Swift hasn’t shared many images of the property, but friends Gigi Hadid, Joe Jonas, and Martha Hunt shared photos of them hanging out at the estate in 2015.

Travis Kelce isn’t ready to get engaged, according to another source

While one source says Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are already planning their perfect, lavish wedding day, another source claims Kelce isn’t prepared for an engagement.

“Travis has no plans on proposing to Taylor anytime soon,” a source told Us Weekly in May 2024. “It’s not even on his radar. Marriage is something he takes very seriously and not something he would ever just jump into without giving it some careful consideration.”

Kelce and Swift are both focused on their careers, so it makes sense for them to wait for an engagement. While Swift continues with “The Eras Tour” until December 2024, Kelce wants to make headway with his Hollywood career while maintaining his NFL career. The newfound attention on Kelce has made him consider an alternate career as an actor and host when he retires as a tight end.

Another source said Kelce has “no problem” signing a prenup when the time comes. “Travis has no problem signing a prenup because his business team wants to protect his assets,” another source told Life & Style. “He’ll do whatever it takes. No doubt, it will be bulletproof. It may not be romantic, but it’s smart.”
