‘Teen Mom 2’: Jenelle Evans Denies Ex’s Claims That David Eason Abused Her Son and Left Bruises
It’s never easy to tell what’s going on with Jenelle Evans. Sometimes, the former Teen Mom 2 star and David Eason appear to be on good terms and at other times, she wants nothing to do with him. The two are constantly breaking up and making up. Recently, Eason was accused of hurting one of Evans’ children. But now, Evans is denying that that ever happened.
Past accusations of abuse
The current abuse allegations came from Evans’ ex Nathan Griffith, who shares a son with Evans. But this isn’t the first time that Griffith has claimed that Eason acted inappropriately with his son Kaiser.
On April 30, 2019, Griffith asked police to perform a wellness check on his son, claiming that Eason shot a dog in front of him. Eason later admitting to killing the dog.
Because of this, a judge temporarily revoked Evans’ custody of all three of her children.
There are also recordings of Evans herself accusing Eason of abuse.
On a call to police on Dec. 23, 2018, obtained by RadarOnline, Evans described a very scary situation between her and Eason.
“My husband is freaking out,” she said.“He’s outside freaking out. He’s smashing our front door trying to get inside.
“My daughter is in the bedroom sleeping,” she continued while hiding in the attic. “He said I locked him out and took his phone. He was outside looking for his phone. He got upset over an article. You can hear him yelling. He’s outside smashing stuff.”
Prior to that, Evans claimed that Eason had assaulted her.
“My name is Jenelle Eason,” she said on another call obtained by the outlet. “My husband, he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground in the yard. I think I heard my collarbone crack. I can’t move my arm.”
“He got violent because he’s been drinking,” she continued. “I’m recovering from a surgery on Monday. I can’t breath. I have four kids in the house with me right now. They’re all sleeping. I don’t know what to do. He left the house. I don’t know what to do right now.”
The most recent claims of abuse
Recently, Griffith took to Twitter to call out the authorities for not helping him protect his son.
“Since NOOOOO one is hearing, I will say this. @ColCoES will not help, social services tried their hardest but NOOOO one listened … [It] makes me [realize] there is something wrong with the justice system,” he wrote in now-deleted tweets captured by In Touch. “How do you [explain] marks on my son’s back, [his] black eye, whip marks on his rear end, continuous police investigation. Charges against David Eason for multiple violence and aggressive behavior … NOTHING HAPPENS. What am I supposed to do besides being a panic parent!”
Evans denied that her son was hurt.
“I have proof he was OK for his week visit with his father,” she tweeted. “I didn’t have one concerning phone call made to me or any reports of injuries. He’s just an adorable happy normal little man. #MommasBoy.”
Griffith has not responded to Evans’ claims or provided any more information.
