1. MTV fired her husband

On Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, MTV made an announcement that they would no longer allow Evans’ husband, David Eason, to be on the show. Eason allegedly wrote a homophobic tweet in response to a Twitter user who wrote to Eason to “limit the exposure of unnecessary weaponry around the house.”

“And just what makes you think you have the right to tell me how to be a parent? Because you think you know me? LMAO why don’t you go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their kids better morals?” he reportedly wrote. “Oh I forgot, that’s supposed to be normal,” responded Eason (the tweet has since been deleted).
