‘Teen Mom’: Cheyenne Floyd on Zach Davis Arrest: ‘Don’t Believe Everything You Read’
Teen Mom star Cheyenne Floyd and her fiancé Zach Davis have remained relatively quiet about his recent arrest. However, she broke her silence on her podcast.
‘Teen Mom’ star Cheyenne Floyd addressed fiancé Zach Davis’s arrest during her podcast
During the Jan. 31, 2022 episode of Think Loud Crew podcast, hosted by Teen Mom OG regular Cheyenne Floyd, her sister R KyleLynn, and friend Shanan Cablayan, the reality star vaguely spoke on the arrest of her fiancé, Zach Davis.
Although he was reportedly taken into custody on Jan. 3, news recently broke of it and made its rounds in the media. Cheyenne, 29, hasn’t said anything yet but seemingly affirmed her support for her fiancé and youngest’s father by celebrating his birthday in an Instagram post after the arrest.
Talking with her co-hosts and her father, who sat in as a special guest, Kyle Floyd, the Are You the One? star joked, “life is a WTF moment” for her. She and her dad claimed they would “leave it alone” as they didn’t think they should “speak on” the situation.
Her friend or sister added that reporters reached out to them for an exclusive and teased they wondered how much money they would receive for the story. Cheyenne then addressed the arrest, warning her listeners, “don’t believe everything you read on the internet” and “take everything with a grain of salt.”
Zach reportedly arrested on outstanding warrants
Around New Years’ in 2022, Zach, 31, Cheyenne, their son Ace, her daughter Ryder, 4, and nephew Baz spent five days in Mexico on vacation, where the family visited the beach and water parks.
Once they returned on Jan. 3, Zach was reportedly arrested as they attempted to pass through customs at the LAX airport.
According to TMZ, law enforcement took the Teen Mom OG supporting cast member into custody due to outstanding warrants for violating probation in connection with previous arrests for crimes including petty theft and driving under the influence.
Following his booking and a brief hold, Zach was released. He has yet to address the arrest.
Cheyenne and Zach have one child together
After a relationship in high school with each other didn’t work out, Cheyenne appeared on the MTV reality dating show Are You the One? 3 in 2015 at 22-years-old.
Although she didn’t find love, her rivalry with Devin Walker landed the two a spot in the competition series, The Challenge: Rivals 3 (2016). She then had a brief fling with co-star Cory Wharton, resulting in their first child following the season.
Around the time of her pregnancy, Cheyenne reunited with her high school ex, and they moved in together. After another breakup, the two rekindled their romance, seemingly for good this time.
In Dec. 2020, Cheyenne and Zach announced they were expecting their first child together and got engaged in April of the following year. The couple has since welcomed baby boy Ace in May, and many fans have speculated the two already secretly tied the knot. Teen Mom: Family Reunion airs Tuesdays on MTV.
